I'm just another teenage girl living life one day at a time. I love my Savior with all my heart and I do my best to live for Him. I sometimes fail, but I learn from mistakes, and I try to move on. Each day I learn something new from Him. His love for you and I is unfailing. It's breathtaking.

March 02, 2013, Saturday.

Today I enjoyed a "Zeta Pi" mixer, sat in 2 hours of traffic on 30 with my gas light on, searched for a gas station for 30 minutes in the sketchy area of Dallas with Katherine, almost ran over a swan at DBU, about ran over a cheerleader in downtown Dallas, turned into oncoming traffic on a one way road, then did a u-turn in the middle of the road, had dinner with Chelsea, and attempted to finish a book report. What a day...

Words do my express the joy I have inside my heart right now. ❤ This evening my roommate was gone and I was laying in bed reading my psychology book. When I woke up I noticed the sweet note on the white board. Of course it made my day. Later this evening, she walked in and yelled "Tina! I bought you a present!" Confused as I was, I said: "You're lying." She looked at me, shook her head and pulled put this Bible. I opened up the box to ind that my name was even engraved on it. My heart absolutely filled with joy as I thought about the girl on the plane I gave my last Bible to. Did she receive as much joy a I just did?! It's amazing how perfect the Word of God is, how much joy it can bring to a life, and how it can bless others. I am in complete awe and thankfulness to my sweet roommate who blessed me this evening, and for a God that continually blows me away. I am left speechless at the amount of love our God has for us, the blessings He places in our lives, and the people (like my amazing roommate!) that He surrounds us with. What a truly amazing God we serve!

June 30, 2012 / July 1, 2012.

Last night after a 9 hour shift at work I got to "kick back" and relax as I enjoyed a wonderful evening with the crew: Chief Joseph Ingram​​, Natalie Ingram​​, Benjamin Ingram​​, Matt Oballe​​, Philip Kelly, and Daniel Monroe. Heart to heart conversations, late night trips and cruises to HEB and gas stations, stuffing our faces with chips and tea, laughing, and more. It was such a wonderful "reminisce" of the old crew days that I wish I could slways relive. Oh how I miss this wonderful and loving group of friends God brought into my life 2 years ago, but I love seeing how God is using each individual as He takes us our separate ways. I love you guys, and am so thankful for your friendships.

*Working Drive Thru* Customer: "You look very familiar. Do you work at Braker too?" Me: "No sir, I don't." *Later today I answered the work phone* Guy: "Hi, I just came through the drive thru, and is this Christina?" Me: "Yes it is.." Guy: "I was the one who asked you if you worked at Braker. Do you remember me?" Me: "Yes sir, I remember you." Guy: "I know this is kind of awkward but...do you want to go out with me?" Me: "Excuse me?" Guy: "If you give me your number I can give you a call and we can go to dinner and see a movie." Me: "I don't really know you..." Guy: "If you give me your number we can have dinner and get to know each other." Me: "I'm sorry but I am going to pass this time, but you are more than welcome to continue to come to Chick-F-A if you want to see me." Guy: "Are you sure?" Me: "Yes sir, I'm sure..." I give him credit for the courage.
