Proverbs 22
1-16
[ English ]
God created all people equally. He is not interested in who is richer or poorer. He is not interested in who is more educated, ignorant, or who has been in the church longer. He created us ALL equally, and the only difference the Lord looks for in us is in our hearts.
Throughout the Bible, the Lord makes it clear that He delights in humble, helpful, and generous hearts. Jehovah looks favorably upon those who are prudent, wise, and who think before they speak. He appears to those who are not afraid to help, even if the initiative begins with some hesitation—because the Lord knows our hearts; He knows our intentions, even if we are the most timid person when it comes to acting, or the most introverted when it comes to preaching.
As the teachings of Proverbs 22 show, which begins:
"A good name is better than great riches,"
Jehovah values a good reputation more than financial wealth. Why is this? Because, generally, when someone has a good reputation, it means they have done things that were pleasing in the eyes of others. The difference in our case is that we should not try to please people, but rather act in a way that is pleasing in the eyes of the Lord.
This is why it's important to read the Bible. Not only to be in communion with God, that is, to have a connection with Him, but also because in His words, the Lord leaves us teachings that we need to apply to be pleasing in His sight, to have that good reputation that matters to Him.
Teachings like those in Proverbs 22:
• Avoid evil when we see it coming. (Prudence)
• Raise our children in the way of truth and life, because above all, they are children of the Lord.
• Do not go into debt so as not to be slaves to those to whom we owe money.
• Do not give space to rowdy or angry people, to avoid fights.
• A pure heart, kind actions, and gentle words will take us further than we think.
• He who does evil, sows it for himself.
• Do not be lazy or procrastinate, because we will always make excuses for not working.
• Be wise and do not lie, because the eyes of God confound liars. (That is, they get caught up in their own lies.)
• Disobedience in children is corrected with discipline, and with it all foolishness and rebellion are corrected.
Do you see how much importance the Lord places on upbringing? Because that is exactly what He does in us. He raises us, shepherds us, and educates us to be good children. To be good people.
Those, which I highlighted earlier, are some of the great teachings found in Proverbs 22. (If you'd like to learn more, I recommend the thirty wise sayings in Proverbs 22-26.) And just like this chapter, the Bible is full of teachings that the Lord wants us to learn. That's why it's important to have biblical knowledge. Read the Bible, which is the source of all spiritual and physical knowledge.
Glory be to the Lord, who, without our noticing, has prepared every little detail to make us great people. People who don't act to please men or the flesh (the ego), but to please the Most High.
And there is no greater honor than to be pleasing in His sight!

“God doesn’t ask, ‘Are you capable?’ He simply asks, ‘Are you willing?’ With God, all things are possible.” That truth shifts the weight off human ability and places it where it belongs — on divine power. It reminds us that God has never been limited by our strength, our experience, our resources, or our confidence. What He looks for is not perfection, but surrender.
So often we disqualify ourselves before we ever take a step. We measure our calling against our skills. We compare our assignment to our capacity. We ask ourselves if we’re smart enough, strong enough, brave enough, or prepared enough. And when the answer feels uncertain, fear convinces us to stay where we are. But God was never asking us to be enough on our own.
Willingness is different from capability. Capability relies on what you can already do. Willingness relies on trust. It says, “I don’t have all the answers, but I’m open.” It says, “I don’t feel ready, but I’m available.” It says, “I’m afraid, but I’ll still say yes.” And that kind of posture is exactly where God works best.
Throughout history, God has chosen people who felt inadequate, unqualified, and overwhelmed. Not because He enjoys weakness, but because He delights in showing what He can do through it. When you are willing, God supplies what you lack. When you step forward in obedience, He meets you with strength you didn’t know you had.
God does not wait for confidence to show up before He moves. He builds confidence through obedience. He does not require clarity before action; often, clarity comes after the step is taken. The miracle is rarely in how capable the person is — it’s in how faithful God proves Himself to be once they say yes.
Willingness requires humility. It means admitting that you cannot do everything on your own. It means releasing the need to control outcomes. It means trusting God not only with the result, but with the process. When you are willing, you allow God to stretch you, teach you, refine you, and grow you beyond what you thought was possible.
With God, all things are possible — not because you are powerful, but because He is. Possibility is not determined by your past, your failures, or your limitations. It is determined by God’s presence. When He is involved, ordinary efforts carry eternal impact. Small acts of obedience open doors to outcomes far greater than you could plan.
Being willing doesn’t mean you won’t feel afraid. It means fear no longer gets the final word. It doesn’t mean you won’t struggle. It means you trust God to sustain you through it. Willingness keeps you moving forward even when confidence wavers.
God honors availability. He works with open hands and open hearts. He can guide a willing spirit, but He will not force a resistant one. When you say yes, even quietly, even imperfectly, you create space for God to do what only He can do.
So stop asking if you’re capable enough. Start asking if you’re willing to trust God beyond your comfort zone. Willing to obey even when the outcome is unclear. Willing to believe that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness.
Because when willingness meets faith, impossibility loses its power. And with God, what once felt out of reach becomes achievable — not by might, not by skill, but by His hand.
God isn’t waiting for you to be capable.
He’s waiting for you to be willing.
And once you are, nothing is beyond His reach.”
From: “Soulful Words” (FB)
Gods love for you is insurmountable, inescapable, and infinite, but so is His judgement.
We must also learn to fear God as well as love Him, as one would their parent (He is our Father after all).
Fearing God does not mean to be afraid of Him. Rather, it means to harbor a healthy respect for God, living a life reflecting His character, values, and will. It’s to have an awe of God, recognizing His immense sacrifice on the cross and living your love for Him as a response.
We don’t to be afraid of God, but we must fear Him. We must know our place before Him and living accordingly, for by doing so we will enter into eternal life.
Begin to ask yourself, “does this glorify God? Is what I’m about to do give glory to the Lord, or reflect His will for my life in anyway?” And if not, then you know what you have to do.
Heaven and hell are the stakes here, so let’s try living like it
God bless, Jesus loves you ✝️❤️

Psalm 36
[ English ]
In a world where evil and iniquity seem to reign, where will we find protection?
My mind feels burdened and my heart fills with sadness when I hear on the news that there have been robberies and murders even before dawn.
Before Christ came into my life, I believed that the world—and humanity, more than anything—would have no salvation.
Today I know I couldn't have been more wrong. We were saved by Jesus Christ, who, by sacrificing himself for us on the cross, gave us the opportunity to repent and receive forgiveness.
In Psalm 36, David speaks about the joy of following God.
David teaches us how the wicked are blinded by their iniquity. People who live according to the flesh, or who do evil, don't yet know that they have salvation. They don't know it, but they seek to fill a void, or find an opportunity, in the wrong places.
I still remember when I was like that. Lost in the earthly world, depressed, full of anger, anxious about even the smallest things. I begged anyone to save me. And so it was.
Evil people don't rejoice in their actions because they are evil; rather, the enemy rejoices in having them far from God's path.
This is the truth I have learned from the Lord: It's not a battle with flesh and blood, but with what people carry within. God gives us the opportunity to change that, to set us free when we seek Him.
The rest of the psalm is a praise of how wonderful it feels to have God in our lives.
This particular day I woke up feeling deeply honored to have Jehovah watching over every step of my life. But above all, my heart overflows with love.
Before, I would have felt ridiculous: I feel love for someone I can't see! Yet I can say that I do feel it when I pray. I feel it in those long silences when I'm alone. I feel it when a strong feeling of love for those around me washes over me. I can even say that I feel it when his Holy Spirit corrects me, telling me things like, 'It's better not to do this' or 'It's better not to say that.'
My Lord makes me feel loved in a way I've never felt before.
And I quote the words of David:
« O God, how precious is your unfalling love! All humanity find shelter in the shadow of your wings. »
And isn't that what we all seek? Refuge, protection, salvation. Even with all the religions in the world, all the psychological sciences, technology, even the distractions of movies, books, or games. Human beings constantly seek a place where they feel safe, protected from the rest of the world. A 'safe place'.
My desire is that the veil covering the eyes of the world be removed in the name of Jesus Christ, and that people may see and understand that the salvation, the protection and refuge they seek, is right in front of them and is called Jehovah. He is the light of the world, the only one who can give us peace and happiness.
I quote Psalm 36 once again:
« For you are the fountain of life; the light by wich we see. »
Hasn’t that made it clear enough? Jehovah is the answer; in Him we will find everything we seek. And it is from God that we will be brought forth.
Amen and Hallelujah!

Proverbios 3:21-26
Ezekiel 2, 3: 1-15
[ English ]
Jehovah often uses his Holy Spirit within us to send us to do his will, even if we don't want to do what he asks. Like Ezekiel in this chapter, where he is sent to share God's words with rebellious Israelites.
However, our Lord, our God, does not abandon us in the face of the adversities we may encounter during these missions.
He prepares us with strength, willpower, perseverance, and righteousness so that we can share his word with people who are stubborn, hard-hearted, or who deny God's existence—and therefore, do not want to hear a word about him.
But for this purpose, the Lord has the Holy Spirit available so that we may be touched by Him, and that He—just as He did with Ezekiel—may put the words of the Lord in our mouths.
God is so loving and merciful that He desires the souls of the most rebellious and those furthest from Him.
It is for this very reason that the Lord asks us—and only when He asks us, for we must not confuse His will with our vanity, as that would only bring chaos to our lives—to share His word with those who are in need of it, even the most sinful.
Because the Lord, our Almighty Lord, has chosen us from among all His people to share His wisdom and truth.
That wisdom, which, like the scroll Ezekiel ate, seems surrounded by lamentations and threats, tastes like the sweetest honey in our hearts. For this wisdom is the grace of God, His spiritual knowledge, His magnificence.
Jehovah is so awe-inspiring that He chooses to take us out of our comfort zone, even against our will, to use us as His instrument to save souls in need of Him. Even if those whose souls thirst and hunger for the Lord are unaware of it.
And what could be more wonderful in this world than having the honor of serving our Lord when He asks us to?
How fascinating it is to see, hear, and feel the power of our Lord in person. For there is nothing in this world greater than Jehovah.
Let us praise the Lord, for by His love we were saved! Let us praise Him who has chosen us as His children!

Hoseas 14
[English]
We must go to the Lord in repentance. Let us abandon pride and ask Him to remove all iniquity from our lives.
Let every sin committed be forgotten. Let us ask the Lord—for He will give to us if we ask, and find us if we seek Him—to see the good in our works, above all else. For Yeshua knows our hearts from the time we are in our mother's womb. And He will know if our repentance is sincere. Let us not trust in the flesh, nor in man, nor in the enemy.
For we must break all idolatry. For Jehovah is our only savior. He is the one who has mercy on the needy. He is the one who forgives all sin; from His love, from His strength.
Yeshua not only forgives us in our rebellions, but His love is so great that He also heals us. He heals all evil on earth. What could He not do for us if we repent sincerely?
Yahweh is the God of the impossible, who cleanses the world of sin. We are His creation, chosen to be special; to be in communion with Him. We are His children, the apple of His eye, the bride of His heart. What could prevent a Father who loves His children from saving them?
Jehovah nourishes us with his wisdom and love. Under the shadow of his love, we believe in spirit and truth. He will "flourish" us, creating good people in his sight. He will make us grow in a marvelous way, in the way he wants to see us grow. In a world of death, we will see his glory. In a world plagued by decay, we will have his fragrant aroma of life. When we are weak or downcast, he will give us strength and vitality.
As long as we dwell in His truth, we will live like a flower blooming in the radiant sun. Growing spiritually—and thriving in life as well—little by little, like a seed.
He desires to restore us, to be our Savior. By His grace we will be renowned; invaluable and precious. For we will be on earth living testaments, witnesses of His existence.
Let us renounce idolatry, for Jehovah is a jealous God. There will be no god, man, or thing above Him. Our salvation will come from no one else.
For if our Creator built a world full of aromas, colors, and sounds, so marvelous, with incredible landscapes and a sky that changes its color, how much more could He create from the life of one of His children? In Him we will find our fruit; in Him our happiness awaits.
In Him we will laugh, we will find fulfillment, and we will rejoice. For it is from Yahweh that all good things in the world come. We are seeds scattered across His land. Jehovah is the rain that allows us to take root. Through Him we will sprout from the earth—our flesh, our captivity—and He will make us His most precious harvest.
We must ask for wisdom and prudence to understand the purpose He has created for each of us. Let us walk in His path with righteousness and obedience. For if we stray through rebellion, we will fall.
