I love art, and just creativity! God's creations are the prettiest—have you seen sunsets? The sea, mountains? Incredible. I love the beaches but I can't swim—doesn't stop me tho! Sometimes I edit pictures for fun, make aesthetics, memes and whatnot 🙃.

top things the Lord has been teaching me recently:

I do not need to pray God’s will into existence; I just need to pray that I would be aligned with it.

genuine self-examination requires humility, honesty, and an understanding of both God’s grace and His standard of perfection.

my job day to day is to demonstrate the character of Christ, which involves studying it in His Word and imitating it.

I will never be perfect or close to it, but I need to be very watchful and willing to change the flaws God makes me aware of.

with all the things God has forgiven me for, I have absolutely no excuse for holding grudges against anyone else.

there’s nothing I or anyone else can do to stop God’s perfect plan from happening, but I still need to seek His will in doing what’s right.

anything I’m not willing to trustingly place in God’s hands is an idol that I’m trying to maintain control over.

God is not waiting for an opportunity to punish me for the things I do wrong; He’s waiting for the chance to reconcile with me when I repent.

I don’t need to punish myself or wait a certain amount of time before I repent and reconcile with God after I make mistakes; He’s ready and waiting for me whenever I come to Him.

there’s nothing I need to do to re-earn God’s love and grace after I sin because I didn’t do anything to earn it in the first place.

the good things I do for God are not requirements for His love, but extensions and expressions of it.

everything I do for God’s glory on earth will have an eternal significance.

every good thing that I long for right now will one day be fulfilled when I’m in His eternal presence.

living in a close relationship with God and in accordance with His will is so much sweeter and more fulfilling than anything I might seek instead.

I'm thankful to be able to be back in the Bible. Reading. I'm thankful for my friend who kept asking me to come to church with her (haven't been in months) and it was so good for me to go. I've been so negligent in my relationship with God but He doesn't stop loving me (He pulled me out of my sins yet again.) I'm thankful for new inspiration on a fanfic I'm writing and for sleeping when I need to (still working on it).

despite my own initial reluctance, the Lord really impressed upon me that this was His message that He wanted to share. He always warns in love, as a family member warns their loved ones when they see danger coming. for it's not His will that any should perish, but all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). and if you see these things come to pass and you're still here, you can still accept Jesus' salvation. but it will be hard. don't take the Mark of the Antichrist on your forehead or hand, your eternal death would then be sealed. believe on the Lord Jesus Christ today, He is the only way!

I was reading Isaiah 43 for the Lord brought me to it, wanting to tell me something. I read the whole chapter, but one particular verse stuck out to me, and it was verse four. My initial reaction was something along the lines of "AWEEE! I love you too, my Lord!" while giggling. Though, the longer I thought about it, the more emotion I felt. I've struggled with loving myself for the longest time, and even more when I considered anyone loving me. But every time I thought of the quote or/and saw it, I couldn't help but feel moved. So I wanted to share and spread the gospel in a way I could express it: art. It had been a while since I drew anything and stuck with it, so this really does mean a lot to me, and I pray it reaches the people who may need to hear it back.

In the process, I had found some art from around a year ago that I had forgotten about. And it was the exact same chapter: Isaiah 43. However, the one that struck me then was verse one. So it wasn't the first time the Lord had tried to tell me that He loved me and saw me. That He wanted to redeem me. Both these times was when I was my most worried and spiritually trying to come back. And I just can be more grateful for what God has told me and reminded me. Because I know His love is eternal, and even though I may forget or doubt, He always makes it a point to remind me, one way or another.

So, if you are feeling alone, stressed, or/and unlovable, open your bible. I promise you, the Lord loves you. Jesus loves you so much that you can't even imagine it. And if you ask, He'll tell you just how much He loves you. Whether from Isaiah 43 or a different chapter, He will proclaim His love to you.

I thank you for reading. Remember, you are loved! You are precious! And Jesus won't abandon you! He wants to see you in Heaven!

Posting this crummy little comic here because I laugh at myself often, but I think there's truth here.

I could insert a number of characters in this page who, quite frankly, could only be changed by Jesus Christ.

Someone online once stated it like this, "We need to hit rock bottom before we reach the Rock." And if people's testimonies and the Bible have taught me anything, it's that God can reach you in your lowest and darkest.

In simple terms, sometimes my weird little brain goes on her tangents and produces stuff like this.

It's also a way I remind and minister to myself, when I think I'm too lost or too gross or too weak to keep going. I promise you Jesus is all He says and it's all the better for the weary soul in need. Give Him a real chance and He will change your life. 🩷.

Please pray for my cousin. She recently had severe swelling on her legs and arms, it's painful—her heart has been paining too. The doctors took tests and it could be her heart, kidneys or liver—or something else maybe but we don't know the cause. God is able to heal, so I ask that you keep her in your prayers for healing. She's 25, just started a job and has a small child, may God have mercy.

Writing is such a blessing, it can be a form of communication, worship and wisdom. God has spoken to me through the words I wrote. This was the author's note of a specific story I wrote, of a man who backslid from the Christian faith and upon conclusion it showed me God's love is endless, all over again.

Might share the story later, it's kinda unfinished, called "A storm in Zion."

A helpful resource: Grow. It's a Christian social media app. Free on play store. If I ever take a social media break she's my girl. It's filled with strictly Christ centred posts, pictures, polls, prayer requests, and random stuff you might wanna share with your family in Christ (though I am not very active here) it has been helpful as a replacement during my detox days. I've had it for more than 2 years, I think.
