Why are humans such uninteresting animals? All the other animals have antlers, tails, cool ears, fins, hooves, paws, wings, fangs and so much more! And humans are just plain looking creatures. I would love to have a tail. Like what would be the best treatment? Do you shampoo it? What jewelry would be made? What beauty standards would get created with tails? So many questions but no way to answer 😔🙏

I just want humans to have interesting features because I feel so left out :C

humans are almost entirely "naked" with very very short hair all across their body. some humans have longer more dense body fur and some dont. the hair on their heads can reach great lengths, though some make the active choice to keep it short.

they walk upright, which, while not unique, is more rare in fully terrestrial life thats non-avian. especially since they rarely if ever move with a quadropedal gait.

they have nails instead of claws, and little swirls on their hands and feet. both are things they share with other primates. they have very beautiful eyes too imo.

unlike other primates they also have a protruding nose. i dont know why but it certainly gives them a unique side profile.

humans arent plain or boring, theyre very unique and well adapted. theyre just so common they become to us the way pigeons are to a city dweller. common and plain looking.

im not a human but seeing them get bashed for being plain looking is something thats always irked me. common does not equal uninteresting.

Being an uncommon kin type is so lonely. That solidarity that other therians get from others of their kind, relating to what they say and connecting with them. When I post about being a goose there isn’t anyone out there who will reply and understand exactly what I mean. I find myself wishing that my kin type could have its own communities and that there’s a chance I could meet someone else like me in real life. Theres that level of connection that you can never find. No matter how loudly you call out there isn’t anybody out there. It’s especially lonely when you’re a species that needs companionship to survive

it is so important to our well-being to get stoked over animals. like regular shit like squirrels & little parking lot birds & shit. or whatevers normal in your area. there are no boring animals. any animal sighting can be special if you love it and then every time you go outside or look out the window something sooo awesome will happen (see an incredible beast)
