The Black Nazarene of Quiapo Church

Back when I had trouble putting myself together, I called for help of the heavenly saints, guised as Holy statues. They gleamed in Catholic churches across the country. I was there in Quiapo church. I have a habit of sitting in the front pew, praying for the possible and impossible.

I was born Catholic. I have a wide array of beliefs now, but I'll never forget my roots. Quiapo church gives off this warmth. For many it is a Holy sanctuary, for me it is home.

Words can't explain faith. Let me show photos instead:
