Today I went on an hour walk and did level one of 30 Day Shred.

So far all I've had today was half a sandwich. For dinner I plan on baking some Tilapia.

2012 has been hard for me with my diet.

Really, really hard.

But I know I can make it to goal this time. Nothing is going to stop me. I can't ask other people to push me, I have to push myself. This is for me. 

The last time I felt this way I lost 70 lbs. Lets see how far I can get this time :)

I felt so sick this morning after my workout

I ate a good breakfast and all

I guess I just worked too hard. 

I got in the sauna at the gym to try and relax but after about 15 minutes I felt like I was going to puke and had to go rinse off.
