Okay, so, old lady here. I heard about it in 2007. I started katemonkey.tumblr.com. There wasn’t much you could do, so I sorta forgot about it.

Later on, in 2011, other people were like “Tumblr’s pretty awesome”, and I said “Aw yeah. I can post all The Losers pics.”

Apparently I had nothing better to do on 26 January 2010 than create my Tumblr. 

It was about sharing pictures and talking about stuff I like, and it still is. No sideblogs, we make people scroll like men people of diverse genders who know how to blacklist and scroll.

I made a Tumblr in 2010. It was gonna be a Serious Place for Thoughtful Things. And then I didn’t use it for like two years. I dusted it off to post Mass Effect things and stalk follow fanfic writers. I much prefer it this way.
