Every other month libfems and choice feminists find a way to romanticize and make a concept built on the subjection and free labor of women feminist and everytime I wanna scream and cry because fuck you for making that life seem appealing to young girls , this months subject is multigenerational homes
no multigenerational homes aren't feminist any low to middle income women who lived in one can tell you it's hell everybody works outside the home while but only women cook and clean school girls have to babysit from 4 to 8 kids and 2 grandparents who often have dementia while the parents work at all everyone secretly hates eatchother there are at least one big fight every week there is no privacy and everyone is in your business
But nooo Stephanie from the suburbs thinks multigenerational homes are sooooo good for building community these homes are actually a matriarchy (don't ask her how'd she'd feel if she had to live with her creepy uncle and stoner male cousin because family is family) then someone will point out that it's kinda misogynistic, then maya who has lived in the usa her whole life and never stepped foot in her home country will claim that it's actually misogynistic and racist to think her culture abuses women her culture is actually the only one where women are cherished and respected (don't ask her if she will switch places with her cousin who can't leave the house in jeans and got married off at 16 it was actually her choice silly)
You're conflating different things here. Multigenerational homes are not inherently bad. They don't inherently involved child marriage, women and girls doing all the housework (this is a problem regardless in different homes), or all the fighting (you'll have fights with people you live with generally)
Pretty Tink stills 😍
In general what I've noticed is that a lot of women who used to be heavily involved in TRA and trans spaces but peak on gender do so because of the misogyny they experience in those spaces. As a result, while they might have peaked on gender and maybe the sex trade, they don't really end up unpacking a lot of the other beliefs/ideologies that run rampant in those spaces unrelated to gender.
They'll see radfems posting about the nazi to transfem pipeline and go "that makes so much sense, these guys suck so bad", but never make the connection between that pipeline and the trans community's interest in Palestine.
The reason TIMs will reblog Gaza gofundme scams onto a blog full of pedophilic rape porn isn't because he's bad at vetting charities but cares sooo much about Palestinian suffering. It's because they're nazis and hate jews.
I'm sure there are plenty of well meaning people who think that hating "Zionists" is about uplifting and defending a vulnerable demographic the same way those exact same people think that by hating "TERFs" they're uplifting and defending a vulnerable demographic, but the reality is they've been duped by a bunch of misogynistic anti-semites into supporting a political movement of misogyny and anti-semitism.
The misogyny they experience as women in this movement can catalyst a change of opinion on women's issues, but if they are not Jewish there is nothing to catalyst a change of opinion on Jewish issues.
Incredibly stupid because you're not jewish and ended up thinking this, so....
lmfao TRA level debate skills "nuh uh, ur stupid!!”.
How thoughtful and well reasoned 😂
You're a dumb zionist non-jew implying that non-jews will never take a zionist stance without a hint of irony.
Also a worthless person overall
I think it's insane that even in the most leftist and "progressive" spaces the idea of equating morality with looks is alive and present and no one fucking bats an eye at it. like racists and mysoginysts are always portrayed as fat and hairy and generally unkept, as a contrast to the morally good and attractive leftists of course; people will have no problem being genuinely fucking awful about someone's appearance if they're deemed to be a "bad person". and the worst part is you point all of this out and people act like you're reading too much into things like no dude you gotta start using your brain more
No, actually, I'm not going to stand up for "transwomen" because they are males who are choosing to be "oppressed". I don't have sympathy for people who purposely create their own problems and then play the victim. If all you have to do is stop cosplaying as a woman to stop being "oppressed", then no you are not oppressed.

it's weird that so few people seem to know that mormons largely run the troubled teen industry. ppl will imply that I'm religiously intolerant when I badmouth mormonism and it's like well. they child trafficked me. so. lol
I'm religiously intolerant anyways
look I know some of you (see: the white they/thems in my notes who clearly agree with the foundation of my thoughts but think criticism of the TME/TMA dichotomy is too far and transmisogyny) are eager in your keenness to show that you are a good ally to trans women, but until you can explain to me why
using discrimination-first language for this specific group is useful or beneficial,
the usefulness or benefits of said language somehow do not apply to using discrimination-first language for literally any other group (e.g. antiblackness-exempt, racism-exempt, misogynoir-exempt),
you aren't describing yourself and your personal identity in this way in any other way (e.g. putting your antiblackness-exempt status in your bio rather than saying you are white), and
why "TME" is meant to include cis men but is just used as a shorthand to scream about AFABs (because they just want to complain about anyone they see as a cis woman)
I will not take any of it, or you, very seriously. go ahead and put misogynoir-exempt or misogynoir-affected in your bio if you find this framework useful. by the logic followed for the TME/TMA dichotomy it is indicative of both your racism and misogyny to not directly communicate where you lie here while sharing posts from me, a black woman, about these issues.
if that sounds a ridiculous to you: you are close to getting it!
Amnesia
I feel like gay men are really discouraged from talking about how much everyone hates us because we're The Privileged Queers as though that makes any sense whatsoever
Lol. Can't take you seriously with this "everyone hates us victim complex". Yh sure, all the non-gay men who could possibly sympathiserl with this take hate you
They're only rare in more western societies; pretty common here
