Shi: We should let Shoma skate to a bit of his free program and then give the baton to us and make it a collaboration performance.

Shi: I want to make this collaboration into something that shows our support for Shoma.

Sho: I want to spend all of my days dedicated to qualifying for the Olympics, and when I get there, I am hoping to let my maximum self show.

N: “I will win”, the lyrics powerfully sing at the climax of the piece. On the road to his childhood dreams of going to the Olympics, there awaits many difficulties and obstacles. Shizuka’s hope is that during those times, he will look back and remember these joyous moments of skating together with everyone.

The full show was not aired today, but a short 1-hour special. You can watch it here. Shoma’s “Winter” was aired, along with some fluffs, and the “Turandot” medley by the cast. The full show will be aired on Nittele Plus on Sept. 23.

Here are some story vignettes that I did for Moana– Moana sailing off to sea, The bioluminescence of the sea rescuing Moana, and a take on the “Underworld”. Fun fact: There used to be a totem sculpture/tiki-inspired character in the early stages of development, that you can spot in the third underworld piece.
