I got the mockups for the book today. LOOK AT THEM! LOOK! AND THOSE CHONKY BOI SPINES! I LOVE THEM! (these are just the covers in the size they will be in hand, these are not the books, obviously.) Wednesday next week I should be getting my actual proof copies. When I do, I think I'm gonna make some dust jackets with spine art. I am just over the moon about this and had to share.

I know there has been a bit of a content dearth on my Ao3 and here. I promise the curse didn't get me. Well, not in the sense of life ending or world ending irl shenanigans. I have been having a slight writers block in regards to Tethered, but the good news is that I have picked up the next chapter again and hope to have it out sometime in the next couple days, provided I don't run into any hiccups. As for the irl stuff, I have been working on polishing a few things with the personal project regarding A Guard's Fate, and hope to have some neat things to show you guys as well as talk about, very soon.

You'll also be glad to know I have a couple shorter one shots also on the way. So thanks for your patience, and stay tuned or whatever it is the content creators say these days lol. - K

Posting because it has occurred to me that I've never publicly aired my favourite headcanon about their version of Dave, that is, he has inexplicable striped body hair. Because he might not be Dave Dave, but he still is Dave.

I love this so much lol. Dave being confused but happy for them is relatable haha. And as for the striped body hair, that kind of reminds me of the thing I read once about humans having invisible stripes. It would be a very Dave thing, even if hes not the Dave from main series canon.
