My Kes cosplay is almost complete! I’ve been working on her on-and-off for a while. For being such a simple looking dress, it took quite a lot of figuring out (”Hurr, hurr, I’ve made several suits! How hard can one little dress be!”) but because of the odd seam placements, I ended up hand sewing large parts of the dress, just to make sure it would actually look the way it was supposed to. XD

I still need to finish off the sleeves (and I’m obviously missing a badge), but other than that...

I saw Shazam! the other day, and I just loved so much! Then realized that, apart from the brown corduroy jacket, I have everything I need for a Billy Batson cosplay. I mean, there's probably a law somewhere that says I have to do this cosplay now, right? 😛

As you guys have probably noticed, I’m not on very often, and haven’t been for the last, erm...nine months?

Let’s just say that my life decided that my plate just wasn’t full enough, and consequently piled up a whole other dish on top of the ones I was already balancing. Basically, I’m reaching the point where I have to consider whether I need to breathe, or if that can wait.

While I try to get out of that funk, this blog is going to be a bit erratically updated. Sorry to those three people still following me. :P

I wanted a proper Tennant Duck-tor, not just Scrooge in Ten cosplay. And then Rose happened.

He kept people in the belief that he was afraid of water - just so no one would ever guess him to be the weirdo who enjoys skinny-dipping at night, iin case he ever got spotted.

I should probably explain a bit - I have an Alec Hardy Sim that turned out really well. He’s so Hardy-like it’s hilarious - he’s a police, which he loves, apart for the fact that he’s super awkward and gets annoyed by crowds. There’s only one thing a bit off - he keeps skinny-dipping into whatever pools of water he can find (pools, the sea, I think a fountain at one point...) unless I’m quick enough to stop him. XD
