JUST A QUICK PSA

I’m a roleplayer, yes. I write both Tony and Peter, or Steve, Bucky etc. I’m a switch and am very versatile with the portrayals. However I AM SLOW. Not only do I have outside caregiver responsibilities among other familial needs, but I run three other blogs solely centered on multiple muses, peter and a johnny sto.rm blog in the RPC side of this site. I have more threads going over there that have been more developed and going longer and better organized through posts rather than IM. 

This is not me saying I won’t RP through IM here on THIS blog or anything, I’m simply letting you know what comes easier to me and why I’m so slow through IM RP, because I’m used to threads through posts on here lmfaoo

Tony is hurt when he goes to his friend Bruce at the end of Iron Man 3. He tries to talk through his struggles with his anxiety and PTSD, not expecting his teammate to be a therapist, but a listening ear. Someone to just listen to these problems he’s finally ready to address and work on. 

Afterward that trusted ear falls asleep on him, he doesn’t feel comfortable trying to share his feelings with anyone else. The risk of having someone reject him like this- unintentional or not- makes him feel like he’s thinking too far into this. Like maybe he thinks his problems are bigger than they are, or that he’s just batshit out of his mind.

He decides to make another AI. This one is programmed to listen, to have all the best psychology studies stored in its data, but to use this, not as a therapist, but as a friend. A robot with the friendliest face, made to comfort and assure its creator. He calls the android his Panic Engaged Tether for Emotional Rehabilitation.

He names it PETER for short.
