Day 2 Week 1
The first couple days are always the hardest but they are even harder when you have exams! Today was really tough for me because I had my property law B exam. I hadn't studied much for the exam because I had been focusing on my other assessment. I only needed 10/50 to pass but still I wanted to do my best. I think I have done enough to pass but the questions were just fucked … to put it bluntly.
I started my morning off with bootcamp which was a really tough work out.
Warm up
5 min walk/jog on treadmill
Workout
3 x sets
4 min on bike starting at level 6 and increasing level by 2 every minute for 4 minutes.
After your 4 minutes are done - off the bike and do 60 squats and 60 hip raises.
Each time you repeat drop the sets of squats and hip raises by 20 - so 60, 40, 20.
3 x sets
10 weight sit ups
10 double crunches
10 side plank pules each side
3 x sets
10 crunches
10 crunches knees up
10 crunches legs straight
STRETCH
My meal plan
Breakfast - Overnight oats with banana
Morning Tea - Grapefruit and 8 almonds
Lunch - 3 rice cakes with cottage cheese, spinach, cucumber and salmon
Dinner - Beef Hoisin Stir Fry with brocollini, spring onion, mushrooms and carrot.
Well it has been a very long day for me so I am going to go get some sleep! Is anyone else in exam period? What do you do to keep yourself sane?
