The scarian brainworms persist even if I can’t draw in the morning.
for the Ace people out there
Formally requesting a red Limited Life Scar…mayhaps with a bad boy Grian…
:3
i really really really need to watch limited life again...
Feel like its been a bit since I've shared something I'm writing (its been less than 2 weeks but shhhh) so uhh have a little snippet of the fic I've been slowly picking at over the last week :D
"Room 116," Grian read the text aloud as he checked it for the third time, just to confirm the number on the door in front of him was the same one Gem had texted him when she got to class. Before he could overthink it and wonder if Gem sent the right room information, he raised his hand and knocked. It was a short set of raps on the solid wood and he thought he heard a small yelp and a crash on the other side of the door in response. He waited another half a minute, mildly concerned, before the door opened. He'd been looking slightly up, used to most people being taller than him, but was surprised to find he actually had to look down. Then he realized why, the person who'd answered the door was sitting. Grian's eyes fell to take in the man and, way later than he should have, he realized he was in a wheelchair, not just in a desk chair rolled to the door like he'd first thought. Shifting his eyes quickly back up, not wanting to seem like he was staring, he finally got a good look at the man's face. It was instantly familiar in a way that made every muscle in his body lock up and freeze. Last time Grian had seen the man in front of him was next to a vending machine nearly a year ago, smiling with a wink and a promise to find him after he won his next bout. He hadn't been in a wheelchair then and had been wearing significantly less clothing, but it was the same brilliant green eyes, same shaggy brown hair, same lips that had taken his breath away in a secluded alcove meant to provide snacks. Lips that had kissed him better than anyone had before or since. "What can I do for ya?" The man's smile was friendly enough, but Grian tried to search his face for some small sign of recognition. He didn't know which would be worse, being remembered for disappearing on him, or not being remembered at all. "Hey, um, I'm Grian." He raised his hand an a small wave and felt incredibly stupid for doing so. There was still no hint of recognition in his face, at least not that Grian could see. "Well, hello Grian. I'm Scar." He gave a wave back. "What brings you to my door?" "Did Gem not text you?" He was going to kill her next time he saw her. "She asked me to drop off your forgotten textbook." Scar's eyes widened, then his brow furrowed as he pulled out his phone. "I don't remember seeing anything- ah! It just came in. 'Got my brother to bring you the textbook since he lives in your dorm. Also he's single by the way' Oh um maybe I shouldn't have read that out loud, oh dear." Grian was both mortified and murderous and hoped his face wasn't as red as it felt. He quickly pulled out the book from his backpack and thrust it towards Scar. "Here is your book and now if you'll excuse me I'm going to find one of Gem's fencing swords so I can stab her with it." As soon as the book was taken out of his hands, he turned around and began walking away as fast as he could. He almost didn't turn back when he heard "Wait!" shouted after him. He did though, and saw Scar wheeling himself out his door and into the hallway after him. "I'm so sorry, I totally put my foot in my mouth there. Let me make it up to you? And also thank you for dropping off my textbook?" Grian wanted to say no, wanted to get out of there before anything else embarrassing could happen, but the pleading look in those enchanting green eyes was hard to say no to. "What did you have in mind?" "I've got a cheesecake taking up way too much space in my mini-fridge. Come in and take a slice or two off my hands?" Grian silently cursed his sweet tooth. "Fine, if you insist I suppose." He tried to ignore the was Scar's face lit up at his agreement. "Ah-mayzin' come on." He turned his chair around deftly in the narrow hallway and rolled back into his room, Grian following behind.
it's scarian week over on twitter and day 1 is flowers! they're like ketchup and mustard, it's ruining his terraforming!

A heads up for the next few updates: I've got a lot of running around and traveling for medical visits in September, but I'm pretty confident I can still get the next episode done in time for the end of the month. However, be prepared for a slight delay 👍

Scar pointing at grian's pregnant belly going "i did that :]"
Grian is so tired of.him
so tired
scar zoomed in on grian and when he zoomed out it's like the rest of the world didn't really matter for him in that moment
The whole "watchers hate grian but Scar is their favorite player" is extra funny in the context of scarian
Its like the parent that really loves their sons boyfriend and is like "you can do so much better than my kid sweetie"
one of us isnt real, but what he had is real, right?
