I wanted to open a Giftshop in Strangetown and I went with these conversions... and then it spiraled out of control 👽
So here's 27 new Objects ✨ I kept making recolors and adding objects to justify the set, until it grew big and took time. All the crystal objects (including the flowers) are glowy to feel more alien, I added a whole lot of recolors to so many objects... including 55 posters !
The Geode looks really good in game 💎

🔭 So I added recolors to the Conspiracy Mugs (6), All 3 Alien Figurines/Plushies (16, in Nyren Kosmik Palette) and the hanging Alien Display T-Shirt (19).
For the I Want To Believe, I added 55 (!) new swatches, where the text is photoshop in Simlish whenever it was possible. 🛸 ✨ I used artworks from this blog, which showcase 70s Scifi and fantasy art and book covers, so there should be no AI. I added a picture in swatch order, if you want to pick and choose.
The Conspiracy Posters uses some of the above artwork, and there are 10 new swatches too.
I did not convert Simdertalia's entire Band Merch set, only the boxes and T-shirts. I mainly wanted the 🌠 Box Rolled Posters, and added recolors (11), but tbh, they are so-so, I'm sorry.
All the Folded T-Shirts are repo'd to Folded T-Shirt 1. All the Boxes are repo'd to Box Rolled Posters.
Then I converted the 🔮 Crystal Geode, and worked really hard with the TXMT to give it that reflective Geode look. It's a bit more intense outside, but it's so pretty, and I'm glad it worked. I added a picture to showcase all the swatches. One of my favourite conversion to date.
You do need a copy of LordCrump’s Shadow Files for the shadows to work though, but I have included a copy in the zip, as always.
That's it. I feel this simple conversion grew and grew over the months, and maybe some of the objects had previously been converted, but I hope I added a little touch more. Happy Simming 😊 🎉

I converted both parts of the Teen Spirit sets by aliaska. It includes everything except the door.
functional things are functional. There are two versions of the computer because I also cloned a hacked Monique version. Please only keep one! (I saw @grilledcheese-aspiration mention that so thought I'd add it. :) )
you can set the dresser or mirror down first and it will fit with the other without cheats ^^
recolours are merged, collection file is included. you will need LC's shadow file, I included it in case you don't have it but you only ever need one in your downloads folder :)

A member of my Discord (ZeroPointLibra) was after some help figuring out why the find-a-mate crystal ball wasn't properly excluding AL socialite townies when townies were supposed to not be included, I tried but missed the crux of the issue - and then they ended up using what they'd learned in modding class to figure it out themselves!

From the Fast lane stuff! I'm surprised no one converted this before. For teens, adults, and elders, they have the appropriate morphs. I made 6 recolors, but here's the PSD for recoloring. (patterns I used are from sims 3 and Backgroundlabs) You can choose if you want the other ages repo'd to the AF files, or not. Shoes are by Sentate, converted and edited by Io and Angelapleasant :)
Hey loves!!! Finally releasing something I've really wanted to convert. I previously shared some eyes by stretchskeleton - I really love that creator's CC style, and those lipsticks are extremely satisfying to look at. I tried my best to do them justice and adjust them to look the best way possible because I know I will be regularly using them. They come in a variety of colors, including classics like pinks, reds and browns, but some unusual ones as well. Lipstick 03 also includes every swatch in two versions: glossy and matte. I hope your sims enjoy some new lipsticks in their collection!

I finally had some inspiration for more wallpapers (probably when I saw @suratan-zir‘s beautiful creations), so here they are!
Basically I was renovating some houses for my Fair Hills hood and I needed some vintage wallpapers. I couldn’t find any that would have my ultimate favorite @poppet-sims molding, so, obviously I made some. I still have over 80 waiting to be uploaded, so prepare yourself for some more wallpapers uploads in the next few days:)
Here’s a set of 40 wallpapers, each with Poppet’s ceiling-friendly moulding. Not all of them are that “old looking”, there are some nice floral ones as well. Each wallpaper costs 2 simoleons and you can find it in Wallpapers category in your game.
As always, I’ve added a slight “wall texture” to them, so they don’t look like “pasted photos”, files are also compressed, I included a preview and a pretty big photo of a swatch with each pattern numbered, so you can easily get rid of those that don’t suit your preference (because there are 40 of them :O). The filesize might seem quite big, but it’s only because of the size of the swatch (so the patterns are visible and of course you can delete it once you don’t need it), walls themselves have a “regular custom wallpaper” size:)

Because neighbourhood effects were never designed to be seen in lot view, there are a few minor issues you should be aware of. I'll have to get into some technical details, so I'm leaving all the nerd stuff below the cut.
As always, you'll need either the Ultimate Collection or the disc version with all EPs and SPs to use this mod.

Issues
Maxis gimped the lot skirt's functionality when compared to the neighbourhood terrain and lot terrain. The most obvious example of this is the lot skirt looking like absolute ass, while the neighbourhood terrain has detailed cliffs etc. - both the neighbourhood terrain and lot terrain support multiple paint layers and alpha maps, whereas the lot skirt is just one, boring texture.
Unfortunately, these limitations cause some semi-annoying problems when forcing hood effects to show up in lot view.
Certain effects have bugged positioning
When you download the mod, you'll notice that along with the usual plugin, there's a config file included too. This config file is important, as it allows you to blacklist neighbourhood effects to prevent them showing up in lot view.
Why might you want to blacklist effects? Well, several effects appear to require something called an 'effect map' to be positioned correctly in the world (don't ask, I don't know what an effect map is either).
The neighbourhood terrain and lot terrain both have an effect map, but importantly, the lot skirt does not. This means that the effects that rely on an effect map for their positioning (mainly those that are placed on water) will appear way up in the sky when you load in to a lot:
If you want to know why they get placed in the sky, it's related to a peculiar bug(?) I discovered while trying to figure out why decal effects (e.g. farm fields and wild flowers) weren't appearing in lot view, even though I could clearly see the game creating and processing them in the debugger.
Basically, things like decals and shadows need to be assigned to an overlay manager which... manages overlays. For whatever reason, when you load a lot from the neighbourhood, rather than assigning these to the lot terrain or lot skirt overlay managers like the game logically should, it instead assigns them to the neighbourhood terrain overlay manager. The same thing happens with the effect maps - the neighbourhood effect map is used, not the lot terrain one.
The neighbourhood terrain coordinates aren't actually 1:1 with the lot skirt. The game generates the lot skirt below the neighbourhood terrain during the loading screen, and translates the position of each object downwards. Couple this with the neighbourhood effect map being used, and you get boats sailing around in the sky.
It isn't until you travel to a community lot or switch to another playable household while in lot view that the game starts using the relevant lot effect map and overlay managers. For example, if you load the Goth household from the Pleasantview neighbourhood screen, then click on the Pleasant's house to switch to them, boats will suddenly start sailing around in their garden as the lot terrain effect map is now in use:
I have no idea whether this quirk has any noticeable effect on gameplay, outside of when trying to get neighbourhood effects to appear in lot view. I've already patched the decals so they correctly get assigned to the lot skirt overlay manager when loading from the neighbourhood, but I'd be interested to know if there are any instances of lot effects not appearing until switching lots due to the incorrect effect map usage!
The config file is preconfigured to blacklist any problematic vanilla effects, so you don't need to worry about adding these yourself - it's mainly there in case you run into any custom hood effects with bugged positioning that you'd want to prevent appearing in lot view.
Decals appear on top of roads
Decal effects will draw over roads in lot view, instead of drawing underneath them like in hood view, as they should do. I can't say for certain why this happens, but I'm pretty sure it's due to differences between the neighbourhood road materials and the lot skirt ones.
If we patch the code that creates the lot skirt roads to simply use the name of the neighbourhood roads instead, we can see that although the roads no longer match the surrounding terrain and have huge holes in them, the decals do correctly draw below them. Weird, right?
Either way, you should probably move any farm fields and wild flowers away from the roads to avoid this happening.
Decals that overlap the current lot's bounds get cut off
This is due to the lot skirt and lot terrain being two separate entities, each with their own overlay managers. Decals can only be assigned to one of these managers, so are unable to be drawn by both.
The lot skirt also does some maths to mask out the lot bounds, which prevents it from drawing its overlays over the lot terrain. You can patch out this mask and allow decals to overlap the lot, but it causes all of the decals and shadows on the lot to flicker like crazy, as both the lot skirt and lot terrain are fighting to draw their overlays on top of the other (aka z-fighting).
A longer version of my 3t2 I See London Chemise. For teens, adults, and elders, they have the appropriate morphs. I reused my 6 recolors because those are not my forte (you can get the PSD from the og conversion's post). You can choose if you want the other ages repo'd to the AF files or not :)

That feels like a million years ago now... and probably 600 posts ago yikes.
Look, I didn't totally forget about that other dress I previewed.
Same-ish dress style as my last upload, but on a different mesh from Parsimonious. The skirt was borrowed from that Yandereplumsim/Simbury dress; the top is from this outfit by LiliLiliLili on MTS, which I repainted slightly.
This time the tops are all the same color, a shade that hopefully looks like undyed hemp. The skirts are recolored in 10 shades from both CuriousB's Any Colour You Like palette and Vintagesimstress's Iron Age palette.
