Everything is changing rn. I could really cry cause I can't handle it. It's too much.
One of my friends is moving to his home country.
I'm about to move into another city, get a new job and move in with my bf.
The last exams are about to be passed and I'm freaking out. It's one of the most important parts in Switzerland to start with your career. Nearly everything depends on these exams.
Why the hell can't my sister be patient, understandable and caring for our fucking family? My dad just got diagnosed with leukemia and she is pissed because of a little thing. Mum was trying to explain her, that it was a misunderstanding with her and she attacks Mum and Dad. Bitch grow up and care for your goddamn father and don't split up our family because she misunderstood something small! We wanted to talk to her and tried to explain everything but she didn't want to realise, that we don't want to exclude her from our family!
For my whole life my siblings told me, that my life always has been easier than theirs. That they were too kind to me and spoiled me when I was a kid. Honestly? I just wanted to life a normal life and see my siblings every day. So I could have fought with them. It wasn't easy for me. My whole life I've been struggling and fighting with so much, they never even had to think about...
I got depressed when I was 15 due to some shit people in my apprenticeship. So bad, I had to quit.
I'm suffering from pain since 5 years now and the doctors haven't found the answer yet. They assume that it might be an autoimmune disease. I will have to live with it for my whole life.
My ex boyfriend was a narcistic, manipulativ jerk, who talked me down all the time.
That's just a few of many. But what I'm doing is: I try to keep going as positive as possible and all they see is, that I'm happy. They don't see the struggle I had to life for 22 years now. So don't tell me that they had it harder than I do. It's not true.
The feeling that everything annoys you, drains you and is painful for you. I have it since a few months now. Every emotion is stabbing my heart. Every change in light hurts my eyes. Every little thing can create a massiv overstimulation. It feels like I can't let go of all the stimuli and yet I'm not restless nor panicking, it's just a matter of time. I'm afraid of that moment to be honest. I don't know, when the stimulation overload hits. I don't know how hard neither how long it will take. I just know, that it will, and I'm so not ready for it. I feel happy and sad, satisfied and unfulfilled at the same time.
This is how I feel in this pandemic. The whole world is in pain and I feel it. If feel the pressure, the pain, the fear, the hate...

Started reading a book about empathy and how we could save the world. It makes me sad and furious, that we are willing to destroy our home just to have fun! The world loves us unconditionally and so should we love the world. We should realize that climate change needs to be stopped and the whole human species needs to help!
Depression
Depression is a war.

It killed the person I used to be.
I look in the mirror.
And I see this thing.
Depression is a zombie.
You're alive but you're dead.
You are unaware of what's happening.
You're the walking dead.
Depression is a nightmare.
You wake up into a hell.
You're afraid of living
Everything seems impossible to bear.
Depression is an ocean.
A sea of emotions.
Your drowning everyday.
However you're never saved. There is no escape.
Depression is a bottomless pit.
Never ending pain.
Never ending struggles.
There is no light.
depression is a war.
A constant battle within yourself.
I think I might surrender for I had enough.
Depression is a war.
You either win.
Or you die trying.
And im afraid to say I'm losing.
Stereotypes in fashion stores
Went shopping with my boyfriend yesterday and wanted to try on a dress. It's typical for a new years eve, so it's glittery and suuper tight. I usually don't wear that. I don't even liked the dress but I thought it would be fun to wear it once. So I took it to the fitting rooms put it on and I was shocked. I don't have any problems with my body, I started accepting my body but this dress wasn't made to wear. I looked like I have a thicker belly than everyone else and it wasn't comfortable at all with the glitter and the fabric. This dress is definitely just made for stereotypical models who eat way too less. The dress gave me real body issues once I had it on. So please guys and girls out there: Be proud of your body and wear whatever you want to wear and feel comfortable in. Everyone's beautiful by his/her own. Love yourself!
