No such thing as a mistake!
My sister is trying to convince me to go to the opera to see Faust (a German Literature play) on Thursday. She is describing the story to me and I'm like I SWEAR I KNOW THIS STORY FROM SOMEWHERE. I begin contemplating and I realise that I remember reading the story in the form of song lyrics. 5 minutes later I realise that it was lyrics to a conept album called Epica by a power metal band called Kamelot; and this was something that my ex would have playing in the car back in the day. The relationship that keeps on giving ;)

Something is not right
Last year life was awesome. This year not so much. The funny thing is last year I was striving for something. I was madly looking for a job and I landed an interesting one where I got to work with a good friend. I was living in a sharehouse with two awesome girls and was also tossing up buying my own place or going on a holiday somewhere. I was seeing a guy exclusively for the medium term and was having fun seeing where things were going. This year I have everything. I ended up buying my own place, am in a happy relationship and have just started a new job with a lot of responsibility. But I feel lonely and I pin it down to the fact that last year I was surrounded by friends at home and at work, where as now I don't. In order to address this, I have even been making an effort to go to gatherings where I see people from school, uni or college but I get there and feel disconnected and out of the loop. Maybe it me or maybe the reality that everyone is finally moving on to their separate life paths and can't be hanging out together forever is hitting me.
This rainbow was the icing on the cake for our first win of the season! #rainbow #hockey #reds #oldaquinians

Although it was a bit meh compared to last year here is my favourite #sculpturebythesea #sxscottesloe
"I’m new to my job, I’m new to the city, and I just had my first big cry. It wasn’t about anything in particular. But I needed it, it’s done, and I feel a lot better."
When a lot of change is going on, I definitely have my moments.
Kindness
Is something I am realising is very important in a relationship. We went mountain biking up to a dam. The trip took 60mins. It was hot, rocky and tiring. After having a dip in the dam and eating lunch, I was really not sure if would be able to physically handle making it back so my man-boy rode back to the car and drove back to pick me up. He took 30mins. I really appreciate him getting the car for me but also appreciate his patience while matching my pace, stopping when I stopped and coaxing me to keep going. My favourite things about him are his kindness, consideration and thoughtfulness.
Oh noes, you dropped that pot and now it’s broken. Whatever will you do with it now? Don’t throw those broken pots away. You can used them to create awesome little fairy gardens using little plants such as succulents and sedums, decorative stones, and maybe a little gnome or two and a house that’s just their size. Voila, fairy garden! Bored Panda assembled a collection of enchanting DIY fairy gardens. These are just a few of our favorites. Click here to view them all.
