My friend and I were talking about this the other day. She used to be on radblr but she left a while back aswell. Anyways, men do not actually care about children. We're painfully aware they do not care about women, but the copious amounts of "protect the kids" larping that the male left do? All a facade. And to me, as a victim of abuse, I'd rather they come up and spit directly in my face. It'd be more direct. Because here's the thing. They make it seem like this is a sexless issue. Not only do they create jokes about it but they make it seem as if it was just "children". Not women, not GIRLS. Because if they were to assess the actual reality of this issue they would have to address misogyny. But they dont. Because, ironically, they endorse the sex culture that leads to issues like this. They endorse sex being seen as a power struggle. Dominance on the male half.

So why do they make jokes about it? Its all to mock the right. All with the cloak of "defending victims". Men have forever seen women as just a resource to fight over. God, this is infuriating. Look at the way the couple isn’t acknowledging the birth mother, they’re just staring at the baby they bought. This is human trafficking.

We don’t separate puppies from their mothers until six weeks or even longer. But it’s okay to separate a human baby from their mother at barely a day old? Less than that, even? They spent nine months in the mother’s womb, hearing her voice and heartbeat, sensing her emotions, responding to her touch. You don’t think that would cause separation trauma? Babies also need skin to skin contact with their birth mothers. It helps strengthen their immune system and stabilize their breathing and heartbeat.

Look at how the mother’s face isn’t even shown in the picture, just a shot of in between her legs. I think that says a lot about how surrogates are viewed- human incubators, nothing else. Not to mention this is a white couple renting a WOC’s womb.🤮

I really think we need to stop using bioessentialist ideas of birth leading to animalistic emotions and bonds to criticize surrogacy. And yall might hate me for saying that. I don't know much about human children, but I do have experience with veterinary science. The analogy with dogs doesnt prove a point. Puppies are not seperated from their mother due to lactation and rearing. Human babies can be fed formula and still have parents to raise them. Humans are alloparental. As are dogs actually. Orphaned puppies will be nursed by other females and adopted into a litter. In fact, wolves (of which we theorize they were domesticated from) exhibit parental behavior in which all members of the pack help rear the puppies and have increased oxytocin levels. Oxytocin is not ONLY produced by the woman enduring childbirth. And it is not an absolute factor in her want of the child. I read a study the other day that actually said that fathers holding babies is better for calming down down as their fathers voice does not stimulate them as much (for feeding) but I would have to look back at this claim. My point being that I dont really think it matters that much for skin to skin to be the birth mother specifically.

I think the true issue of this whole matter comes down to female desire. Female desire has been desecrated. Going through this process because you are too poor to eat isn't desire, that is need. But look at how we word childbirth in society, a society tainted by male entitlement and a lack of female benefit. Even the wording "giving birth" shows how it is a service in the eyes of most. There is no gain, no action from women. The only thing they see childbirth as is a performance. And that is why you see a photographer angling a camera at this womans crotch with another woman carrying a baby still attached to the fucking surrogate as if she "delivered" it herself. Stop relying on womens natural maternal drive to explain the wrongdoing, rely on the fact that this isnt a result of this womans desire. The fact that she did not go through this for personal gain and could not change her mind if she did want the child is the issue.

In actuality, I do believe that the obsession with making childbirth emotional is actually a factor in why this is happening in the first place. If the woman here could reproduce (or knowing the fertility field, if the MALE could reproduce... thats another topic for another day) she would be in the same situation. On her back, husband peering down at her crotch with no a care in the world. Just focused on the display. The fairytale. But since this couple cannot reproduce, they used another axis that they are privileged on (race, wealth) and oppressed a woman to perform FOR them. Yes, there are differences in how these women are treated, but its the same fundamental issue. The wealthy white woman cannot oppress herself and make a show of her turmoil for her master, so she uses some of her resources to ensure a woman who has other issues holding her down can take her place and still make it happen. And white men love this. Either way, they get the novelty of a woman laboring for them. They still get this rush of pride at the thought of their semen "changing the brain chemistry" and body of a woman. And in terms of race, they were able to dominate a person of color. A woman seen as disposable, an even easier means of having a baby because they can throw away the body around it! So they dont complain. I dont think yall consider the disparity in as much detail as you should. As I said, same fundamental misogyny, different outcomes based on your other characteristics.

To preface, I myself have been through sexual abuse as a child. But I absolutely HATE the depiction of victims as fawn. The priority of this analogy is the loss of innocence. And that is something I have noticed with this new "trend" in caring about children's sexual abuse. Firstly, I find that many performative left-leaning people make CSA into a sexless issue. They almost seem to emphasize male victims (and all 1% of female perpetrators) so that they may not talk about the sexed reality of this crisis. Furthermore, they do not want to talk about the sexed reality because they, ironically, support the sex culture that fuels this issue. They want to care enough to sound like warriors selfless enough to protect precious babies, but they dont care. Not only that, but when they do so choose to emphasize GIRLS, they always emphasize the innocence that was taken from the girl.

As I've grown into the woman I am, I see changes in how my sexuality and it's cost is percieved. As a girl, I was protected by those who saw me as an adorable baby animal worth protecting. But this "innocence" is also what makes young girls appealing to men. However, as I've aged, I feel Ive become more marketable. As a 21 year old woman, I am fruit ripe for picking. But as I said, innocence is a novelty. Now that I am considered less innocent and pure, I am not a special edition purchase. When I am open for any consumer, the demand decreases.

And that is why I despise the fawn being used to symbolize an abused girl. The innocence is the obsession, not the humanity neglected and trust spoiled. The innocence endorsed on both sides leads to the issue. Girls are cared about and preyed upon depending on the capacity of purity on their entity, the amount of untainted mass that is either protected to admire or dominated to relish in destroying something "beautiful", not the raw human state that lies past the nonsense.

Please do not take offense if you like the analogy, I am just offering my point of view.

What's up everyone

Ive been gone a while. There's good reason. Let me do a bit of catching up and maybe explain a bit.

First, I really did miss you guys. I miss this community. There wasnt a day where I didnt consider coming back on here because I developed a new theory or just wanted to let myself loose. Really, this community has been a great outlet and I really appreciated the support. I felt validated by you guys.

However, I got back in school for a fall semester. It went well! Kinda. Despite failing one class, I passed the two other. And I had a bad episode that almost prevented me from doing any of the work at all. So Im proud of myself in a way. I took philosophy finally. I think that may have been my favorite class so far. I also have been observing myself. I have been fighting mental illnesses my whole life. And suddenly I have found psychosis getting rapidly worse. Much of my illness is triggered by misogyny and a lot of my obsessions revolve theorizing on misogyny. It can become unhealthy. Im happy to say that I have become a lot better with arguments and the ability to articulate what I feel coherently and with confidence. I feel I have become a better writer. And my philosophy class helped me a lot. The mental struggle has actively become harder, but I am thinking of seeing my psychiatrist. As I said, much of my illness is triggered by sexual inequality, so anything medical is an issue for me. Ive been working through my past as well. Ive been really improving in how I cope with it. It just makes me angry that no one noticed how mentally unsound I was, especially around the time that I was abused. But thats another topic for another day.

Mood episodes are one thing to deal with, psychosis has been another. Its one thing to recognize that you are in psychosis, but it is another to address it, especially as a woman. Ive been shot down many times when bringing it up. I mean, we've come all the way from being misdiagnosed with major depressive (because women are tearful ofc) to bipolar to now possibly schizoaffective. I finally got my therapist to listen to me, and she looked very concerned when I was allowed to describe what these episodes entail. The need to isolate, feeling content in isolation, seeing things out of the corner of my eye, feeling a presence, sounding completely incoherent and making nonexistent connections. I do believe that, deep down, I'm the type to look into subjects and challenge their validity. But, when I am in that state, I lose myself. And thats why so many of my previous arguments were weak. I'm not the proudest of them hahaha. There is always a bit of truth to these crazed moments, its just the lack of organization and passion that make them obscure.

And as women we are really taught that questioning is a sin. You cannot question or challenge anything that is widely to be accepted. But the truth is that knowledge as we know it comes from humans themselves. Humans are unreliable. Furthermore, knowledge has been kept from women. Knowledge has been tailored by men. Women who dare challenge knowledge and become enlightened are neglected... or worse. I just think we need to be less afraid to oppose strict thinking. But thats what many of you do anyways so Im just rambling.

Anyways! Ive learned to have a calmer demeanor when faced with opposition. I want to search for the truth. I want to get my hands dirty. You may see more of me soon. I wont try to stick on here too much, seeing as how unhealthy this obsession can get. But I hope you all are having a good winter right now.

The bill was quietly introduced to the House on January 3 and has received little national attention. However, given that it outlines an idea to fundamentally change women’s healthcare nationwide, it’s quite a significant proposal. At first glance, it appears to be genuinely concerned with women’s healthcare, advocating for establishing Pro Women’s Healthcare Centers (PWHC) specifically for women and expanding women’s access to quality healthcare. A deeper look at the proposal, along with the PWHC booklet, though, reveals very troubling language and details.
