My Honest Opinion:

Ain't no way you don't know what's coming. God damn it China. Why? Just whyyyyyyyy? Why do you take beautiful BLs and turn them into bromances that leaves us craving for more always? I loved this series though. Laughs, tears, anger, avenge, you name it. It's the perfect series.

I highly recommend this one. If you have already watched it, no biggie. Re-watch it. This one is worth it.

I can't believe I haven't reached on this bl until now. I mean, this is one of the best bl series from conservative China. I agree that there are certain stuff which are quite taboo and borderline disturbing but overall, this is a beautiful series.

The chemistry is palpable. And I really wanted more of the doctor and his bodyguard who is his long lost childhood friend/lover. The concept is Chinese fantasy and Thailand knew exactly what they were doing when they collaborated with actual Chinese actors.

Finally, look at them. I really hope someday China will let the production houses make actual BLs.

Alright. So, let's talk about this series. Like seriously, I can not put in words how much I adore this series. It is the most perfect series there is. This series shows you that one doesn't need unnecessary drama to make a series hit. It was so amazing to just get lost into a dream world with the boys.

Here, I have a confession to make. I just might have a small (or huge) crush on Winny. This series actually helped me overcome the trauma my stand in gave me. It seemed like the universe was trying to help us go through the trauma that series gave us.

This series is amazing and all the pairs have done their level best. And out of all the pairs, my personal favorite was QToey and TanFang. I personally see myself in Fang. I am unable to express myself properly and this leads to many thinkinng that I am not interested while in reality it isn't the slightest bit true. Finally, do watch it since I assure you, you will be able to resonate with at least one of the characters.

Okay, so this is the last series of LongFrank as a pair and dare I say that this is actually the first time I actually liked the story. Yeah sure, it had a lot of cringe moments and some moments felt really unnecessary and rather disturbing, yet, overall the story was good.

Another thing is that, they tried pouring as many pairs as possible. This led to the vampire police pair to rush through their story. The basic concept is really sweet as they tried to show that the human and vampire worlds can live together without trying to be at each other's throats. And I liked that much part. But the slapstick comedy and making the characters look unnecessarily dumb wasn't good.

In conclusion, this is by far the best script given to LongFrank and although there are some really disturbing things happening (like non-consentual sex), you can enjoy it if you turn your brain off.

Oh Man, what a plot it was! This is what I mean when I say that BL series have so much potential than playing safe with the rom-coms. Also, this came from the author of "Triage" and "Manner of Death". Hats off to her.

If you want to watch something that will keep you at the edge of your seat while you constantly keep questioning the convention, you must watch this. I can't believe how this story was so well executed. Although it had all the potential to become the recipe of disaster, with a morally challening theme and an actor who has no prior BL experience, it ended up being this perfect suspense thriller series.

In conclusion, I am not one to usually go for series that have this much of a challenging theme. Yet, I couldn't make myself stop watching this series. Hence, I highly recommend watching this series.

My Honest Opinion:

Okay so first of all, I just want to say that waiting for this series to air was so worth it. It is literally one of the best supernatural and spiritual themed BL series to ever exist. The pair of Daou and Offroad is definitely serving.

The concept of reincarnating as a male is nothing new and we have already seen it in series like "First Love Again". But I must say that this series has a lot more drama to offer and a lot more intimacy to portray.

Offroad's challenge was to depict a deep level of emotional attachment despite of not remembering the past. On the other hand, Daou had to portray a man who has completely surrendered himself to the pain and longing that has been going on for over a century. And to be frank, both of them did an amazing job at becoming their characters. Hence, I highly recommend this series because it is going to be a treat to watch.

My Honest Opinion

Okay, so here we are with one of the most anticipated BL series of 2024. Let me just say that, GMMTV sure knows who to pair. The chemistry this pair has off-screen is amazing. It sure feels like a Wattpad story where the shy boy eventually gets the most popular boy who he previously thought that was out of his league.

Let us now focus on the main story. I am gonna be honest. After watching the promotional events and seeing the genuine adoration in Ohm's eyes, I had really high hopes for the series. And they were met to a certain extent. The first three episodes of the series kind of felt rather flat to me. Ohm was okay, but it was Leng who needed to catch up to Ohm's level. Obviously that isn't easy. And it is commendable that he improved so fast.

The story sure has its own loopholes. In fact, the breakup because one has to move overseas doesn't make the slightest bit of sense. Also, the four days after breakup montage looks so silly. I mean, come on GMMTV, you can do better. In conclusion, all I can say is that this series doesn't allow you to use much of your brain. So just go with the flow and enjoy the ride because it will be a fun one.

BL Title: Venus in the Sky

Okay, so here's my opinion on Venus in the Sky. I know that I am recommending this real late and that many of you must have already watched this series. But I just had to state my opinion. This is by far the simplest story I have come across. Yet, this story has somehow found its way to my heart. It definitely is predictable but even that has its own charm.

Imagine you are in a room full of beautiful music and you love it. But there will be times when you will crave some calmness. At that moment, if the music stops, and the room becomes quiet, you will enjoy it. And this series is exactly that serene room.

I don't have much to say about this series for whatever I will say will be a spoiler. Hence,all I can say is, if you haven't watched it yet, be sure to watch it for I assure you this won't be a waste of time.

Okay, so it has been a while since I have been active on tumblr. And the reason for my absence is that I was busy surfing through different BL series so that I have a proper stock to offer you when I am back.

Alongside watching so many BL series, I also wrote a few myself. These are too short to be a full fleged Wattpad story and too long to be called a short story. That's a tough one. There are so many bl series that are already a masterpiece and there are so many new BL series which are raising the bar on daily basis. To sum it up, I am going to list three of my all time favorite BL series, alongside three of my most favorite BL series from 2024.

My Honest Opinion:

It's probably for the best not to watch this series right after finishing Triage. Yep, I made that mistake. And needless to say, this series doesn't even come close to being compared with Triage. Not because of the genre. But because I don't know what this series was exactly trying to be. Was it about love, communication, self confidence or pure cringe? I think last one is the correct answer.

The above show two facial expressions of Yim and personally love the second expression. In my opinion, I would rather Yim does the role of a psycho killer than a weird office senior. The other actors were good but Yim really disappointed me. Although I feel like it's not his fault. It's the requirement of his character. But he just isn't cut out for it.

Also, the second couple is the only good thing about this series. I mean, sure, NetJames are amazing and none of the other couples can come close to them. But the second couple really surpassed my expectations. All in all, I believe that you should give it a try as I have seen many of my friends have liked it.

Alright, so were any of you ever planning on letting me know about the existence of this masterpiece or was I supposed to find out on my own? Anyways, let's talk about this series now. It indeed is a masterpiece. I mean sure, certain parts are rather cliché but nonetheless, it's a pretty interesting watch.

Initially it feels a little complicated and hard to grasp, but once you get the hang of it, you realise that this series has a lot to offer. Death, friendship, morals, everything comes together. The concept is not only unique but also exceptional.

And last but not the least, I am a simp for Varit. I mean, I just love his entire existence. Man, he is so cute. I want him. Can I have him? Well, in conclusion, let's say that I really enjoyed this series and definitely want you to watch it.

Alright everyone. I'm really confused. Because why isn't this series getting the hype that it deserves? The chemistry is good, the story is good, the back story makes sense and yet anyone barely talks about it.

A simple and not-so-complicated love story between a doctor and an actor. To be honest, I read some online reviews and most of them went along the lines of "the backstory made everything complicated". But really, it's not like that. You don't have to focus on the backstory and try to make sense out of it. Rather, the story will soon put itself together and all you got to do is enjoy.

In conclusion, although I started watching this series because Billy's brother is one of the leads, but I stayed because it's a nice and comfort BL series.

This series is definitely swoon worthy. The concept is nothing out of the ordinary but definitely cute. The main couple did a great job at expressing themselves. Their stories are really interesting to watch and them getting together is definitely worth the wait.

Now, I love the way the second couple portrayed their story. They are really dumb at the beginning but by the end of the series, they realised that there is a possibility of them being able to work things out. And that's the most realistic ending that they could get.

And last but not the least, I completely recommend watching this series without any expectations and letting yourself be pleasantly surprised.

Alright, so here's the thing. This series is out there to break all stereotypes. Jealousy is not the right approach to make your crush fall for you. I love the fact that Japanese bl series always keep things real and this time was no exception. I understood and agreed with Ryota's thoughts and at times, it felt really relatable.

Apparently, it's a live adaptation from a Manga of the same name. You can check it out if you want.

This series is the a straight up evergreen forest. Finally, I loved this series and would totally recommend watching it.

I haven't watched any of MaxTul's previous works. So it has always been a mystery to me as to what the hype is all about. But after watching this series, I completely understand. Damn, it's so hot.

Perfect story, perfect chemistry, perfect execution and everything else was perfect. Like seriously, watch it. I strongly recommend you watching this series, this pride month.
