Okay so I am getting back into writing. Specifically smut. But I have a small raisin brain and need some advice on how to get across the awkward hurdle of transitioning from the general plot into the spicy stuff. Any tips? (pun intended)
When I was little my mom’s meatloaf was my favorite food. But ONLY her meatloaf. I didn’t like anyone else’s, and she told me that she would teach me how to make it when I was older. And when I was like 19? She finally taught me, but she told me never to tell anyone else and I was like weird but okay
Anyway, she was super fucking homophobic and abusive to me when I told her I was gay, so here’s the recipe
4-6 lbs of Hamburger/turkey burger
1 pk onion soup mix OR ranch mix
1 TBs ketchup
1 Tbs spicy brown mustard,
1 Tbs bbq sauce
1 Tbs steak sauce
1 egg
mix, shape into a loaf in a big pan, and bake at 350 for 2 hrs (maybe 2 and a half if you’re feeling dangerous)
You can get almost all of these ingredients at the dollar store, and have leftovers if it’s just you. The leftovers make great tacos if (taco seasoning is also like a dollar). Enjoy your revenge loaf
here's a mashed potato recipe from my homophobic mother that i swore to never share that would pair perfectly!
(6 servings)
-2lbs red potatoes
-1 cup butter (2 sticks)
-1 cup cream cheese (1 pack)
-Chives (optional)
-Salt & Pepper to taste
1. drop those bad boys (potatoes) in a big ol pot. U don't even have to chop them just wash them
2. boil til soft!
3. Drain
4. Mash (usually they're small enough you can use a fork if u don't have one of those squashers) until its a pretty chunky mix
5. add the other stuff. Keep mashing
I like my mashed potato consistancy more lumpy but its all up to you!! Peel the potatoes or keep them on, it literally makes the creamiest fluffiest mashed potatoes which she always served with the nastiest fuckin meatloaf
So after spending hours combing through the recipes in the comments of this post I have created a cookbook. Feel free to use it. The link should work for everyone, its the only file on the google drive! I have referenced all of the recipes I used, all of which are from this thread. I made it for myself, but figured after all that work I should probably share. Happy spite cooking!
Okay. Okay. Any advice for getting back into writing? I want to so bad but its been MONTHS since my last proper writing session and I am not confident enough to get back into it due to an old Beta reader who I wont mention ((they dont have tumblr anyways)) but in conclusion how the FUCK do I get my confidence back?
Hey honey. You’ll never see this because I’ve blocked you.
BUT NOONE IS FORCING YOU TO PAY FOR SHIT! YOU DO IT TO SUPPORT SOMEONES WORK NOT FOR YOUR OWN SELF ENTITELMENT!
I use Patreon to help me with EXTRA COSTS FOR SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR MY CLASSROOM YOU BITCH! It’s called fund raising! So, since you’ve decided to bitch and complain, you aren’t even going to get to read my shit for free.
No one forces anyone to pay for a fanfiction. I do not have a patreon but I don’t see a problem.
What people do not get is whilst most of the fanfics are for free and we write for fun or to share a story - it’s still writing!
We are no robots. We use our creativity, time, and resources. ( e. g. My laptop needs energy for it to function when the battery is low. I print outlines etc.)
No one would ask Stephen King or any other author to give away their stories for free.
Writing fanfics is still writing! Most of us use it to improve our writing skills.
It’s easy. You want to watch a movie before it’s free? - You go to the cinema and pay for it.
You want to read a fanfic before it’s free? - You get a patreon and pay for it.
Plus - most of the people have patreon exclusive stories.
There are still enough free fanfics out there but anon hate causes writers to leave this platform.
Within the last days three authors from another fandom left or went on hiatus due to hate.
Support writers, if not with money, leave a nice comment, like the story, send an ask, or reblog a story. ( Thanks to all the people doing so.)
You want people to share their stories for free but send hate instead of reading whats for free and help the creator to share the storys.
Any author I know who has a patreon clarified the story will be available on Tumblr later (If not for exclusive stories.).
It’s not scamming if you pay for what the author offers.
We are a fandom, the SPN family!
Stop the hate. The show is ending but we don’t have to demolish the fandom too.
Look…. To start a book… You have to make room in yourself for new characters and worlds. Do I look like I have the emotional energy for that? Do I look like I can trust like that right now? Just show me the things I already know pay good returns on my investment, except I also want to read something new so I guess they can be in a coffee shop this time.
Starting back into writing! Sorry for the wait, just been really busy focusing on my physical and mental health during quarentine and applied for 2 jobs so im just waiting to hear back on those! Super excited but back to writing ✨💞
My list isnt big, but I hope you guys are able to check them out!! Most of them do spn, marvel, the witcher, ect. Basically most are multifandom but they are all really good writers non the less!!

The sounds of Deans Led Zeppelin cd playlist drowned throughout the Impala. The speakers nearly blaring with its current song that you didn’t pay much attention to. Holding a small shopping list in your hands as you sat in the back seat of the precious car he had named Baby. Sam seated in the passenger side as he looked at the map that sat in his lap, trying to help Dean locate through the slightly unfamiliar streets to try and get to the nearest store.
We had needed supplies in the middle of a hunt, luckily finding this out before we had gone out to try and take on the haunting of a nearby house. The list was simple, salt, extra lighters, gasoline, and if needed maybe grab some extra food items for the motel room. Sometimes there just wasn’t time in the day to stop by a diner so having things on hand were helpful; and right now both hunt and food stash was starting to run low.
“How much longer till we get to the store Sammy?” You let out a small whine before noticing you guys were pulling in to the stores large driveway. Other cars busy pulling in and out of what was obviously a very busy and crowded parking lot. “Oh, nevermind.” Looking over at your phone you glanced at the date as Dean started to look for an empty parking spot; October 31st.
The large strew of shoppers were most likely very late halloween shoppers. You were used to that type of style as a kid. Always getting candies and costumes at the very last minute, a tight charge to keep budget intact and the busy life style of growing up with your only parent as hunter, you moved around too much and your mother was a tad too busy to take care of things like holidays, though she still tried on the tight budget.
Snapping out of your thoughts you noticed that Dean had finally parked the car in a spot, one a few rows from the entrance, though it sat as one of the furthest in the row of cars. It would be a slightly long walk to the store doors if you included the fact that people were pulling in and out of spots periodically.
Dean grumbled a bit as he turned the engine off. “I swear if anyone hits my baby in their rush, I will not be happy.”
-------
Sam had separated from your small group to go get the food; you and Dean being placed on hunting supplies duty.
Currently you were trying to weave your way through the only short cut to the aisle you needed, having to go through the busy costume aisle as the shrill screams and giggles of children broke through your eardrums. Grumbling you stuffed your hands into your hoodie pockets. “Have I mentioned, I fucking hate Halloween?” You grumbled out, making sure your volume wasn’t so loud that the children could learn a new vocabulary word.
Dean stared at you for a moment. A little bit of shock, you never really voiced your opinions on holidays. You held up a hand to stop him. “No the holiday itself is okay, it's fun for children and lets them express themselves. I just hate how busy it gets around this time of year.” You explained carefully, choosing your words with caution. He seemed to nod in a bit of understanding; the two of you finally making through the busy stream of parents and children. Coming out on the other side of a clear aisle.
“Finally we escaped!” Dean joked, nudging you gently with his elbow. “Now time to find the aisle with the salt” He murmured. Grabbing your hand and almost dragging you through more aisles before you reached the designated aisle that you needed, Dean immediately looking at the small selection they had for the things you guys needed. He carefully grabbed 2 tins of salt, holding them in his arms as he glanced around. You laughed a bit.
“You guys done or not?” Jumping a bit you glanced behind you to see Sam who was holding a shopping basket, a basket filled with a few food items. Mainly non perishables that could easily be stored in the car when you would move areas without the risk of spoiling. Though you couldn’t help but notice the small value bag of an assortment of chocolates had been placed into the bag, a small discount sticker on top of the plastic film. He seemed to catch your gaze. “Don’t ask me, while you were in the shower this morning, Dean was practically begging for candy.”
Smiling you glanced at Dean who seemed to have a flushed look on his face. “Do you really need all that candy?” Chuckling a bit as his face flushed a deeper shade of red, sputtering a bit to try and explain himself.
“Maybe I just wanted to give you a reason to like halloween!” He nearly shouted a bit.
Sam was the next to speak. “Wait you don’t like halloween?” He looked at you in almost amazement. “Out of all 3 of us I never expected you to not like halloween. That's just,” His sentence drowned down a bit. He didn’t know what to say. “I don’t know, just didn’t expect to hear that.”
Shaking your head you grinned at the two. “Lets just pay and get out of here before we get blocked in the parking lot”
