also, what he implied i.e. what he's seemingly trying to accuse me of is forgery (long story) but i just went through my archives again and found. hm. a document that was apparently signed by someone else that he gave me, signed with a date on which the person wasn't even in the country...

i'm not sure if i'll regret saying this but i'm pretty sure the only thing scaring people away from linux are linux users

so basically my manager caught me in a very obvious easily traceable lie and instead of coming clean i doubled down on it because 1) there were no witnesses to our conversation, 2) he should leave me alone, 3) regarding point 1, if he wanted to hear the truth from me he should have thought of something better than calling me into his not-office to then go into an empty room and close the door to then talk to me in a way i found disrespectful (as disrespectful as officespeak can get)

#like he should either give me a warning or write that day i lied about off my pto or leave me alone...#but i know the warnings he issued before weren't exactly something that would fly in court.#so there's that as well
