Five steps to attracting more love and romance into your day to day life…

1. Create a playlist with upbeat, sexy, romantic songs. Move your body, dance and relish in the energy of love. 2. Wear clothes that you love, speak words of love, show the people around you love. 3. Create a date night for you once a week, indoors: bath, face mask, favourite foods (either cooking or take out) with candles. Outdoors: to a cute restaurant, theatre, location you always wanted to do. Embrace the experience. 4. Read books, and watch films about love, romance, and/or comedy (nothing tragic, we’re keeping the vibes high baby girl). 5. Upgrade your lingerie. What you wear underneath your clothes, even just for you, sets the tone for how you value yourself. Same goes for nails. Your nails speak volumes, simple grooming will keep you tidy and feeling polished.

Final note…love is not defined by a romantic relationship. Fall in love with yourself, and that way you’ll attract healthy romantic love, because life really is a mirror.
