👼🏽 #angelofmine 👼🏽 Yesterday @ 8:23am this "Angel of Mine" (song by Monica, that's the song that was playing as she was born) Aliyah Rae Washington was born. I can't explain how much more she has made me fall in love with her. The love that a father has for his daughter is the same as for his son but yet different. I'm looking at life from a different angle and will only be exposed to more as the years go by. I love this little lady so much already that I can only imagine what's going aspire. My love for her will only make my love and actions speak louder then ever before in honor of her mother @scatter_shots to show her that she deserves nothing less as the beautiful little lady that she is. 🔥🌏Set the World on fire🌏🔥 Not literally😂😂😂 I'm talking about fueling your passion so much that it creates a fire so bright that it's impossible for the world to ignore. It's crazy how life works. In 2010 I started exercising with #p90x then bodybuilding, then powerlifting and now I want to put it all together with #crossfit , I mean everything from yoga to body weight movements and gymnastics (still working on that) but I WILL GET THERE!!! My career choices have evolved as well. From Personal trainer to working on my degree as a Physical Therapist/ Athletic Trainer (haven't decided yet lol I'll see when I get there) My point is don't stop growing and evolving. Now I don't have the propper equipment and I'm not where I want to be in my #oly lifts but It's going to make me better (being that I'm at a deficit) I feel stronger and faster in these lifts and I'm enjoying the process. I can only imagine what it will be like when I get my #bumperplates. 😁😁😂😂 btw my #snatch is my weakest lift right now and that's 115lbs on the bar.
