Collien Fernandes, a well-known german actress and tv moderator, has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband of over a decade: He is Christian Ulmen, an actor and moderator himself, an icon of german tv for decades.

He also produced deepfakes porn of his wife, had sex-chats in her name, opened fake profiles of her on several different websites and repeatedly physically assaulted her. When he prevented her from leaving their apartment, she managed to cry for help and the police was called.

Fernandes had devoted herself to the fight against digital violence for years after finding out her face was used in pornographic material. When she told Ulmen about filing a lawsuit against an unknown person that kept misusing her face and opening accounts on her behalf, he confessed to being the one to do it.

She decided to file a lawsuit against him and did so in Spain where they lived at the time because the Spanish Justice System cracks down harder on crimes like these.
