This is how I imagine Maul tells a joke.

I am literally bawling my eyes out right now imagining Rex joining the rebellion before A New Hope.

Does he instantly see Padmé in Luke’s kind eyes? Or perhaps in Leia’s strength and leadership, Rex sees echos of Anakin.

Does he tell them who he is? Or was he too afraid? Afraid he’s wrong, afraid he’s just seeing ghosts. Or perhaps he’s afraid he’s right.

And Leia and Luke sit next to each other at briefings, and Rex swears he’s on Coruscant again, playing lookout for Padmé and Anakin. And maybe Leia laughs at one of Luke’s corny farm boy jokes, and she calls him Skyguy-

And suddenly the room is full of smoke and he’s on the battlefield for the Republic again, listening to Anakin and Ahsoka argue.

And he says nothing. He can’t. How would he even begin to explain? What words could even begin to describe how much it all hurts.

And he’s older now. And he’s tired.

But he swore to himself he would look after the 501st. But the boys are gone. And Ahsoka is gone. And Anakin is gone.

But his shadow remains. Two shadows.

And that’s enough to hold onto.

So quietly. He looks after the twins.

Every mission. He signs up first. Every briefing, he finds a seat somewhere behind the Twins. From Hoth to Endor he follows. Never accepting a mission too far away from wherever they are.

But he can never find the courage to talk to them.

Because Leias big brown eyes look a little too much like Padmé’s. And Luke has his fathers blue blade at his side, and he wears it with pride.

But I like to think, as the sun sets on Endor, and the Ewoks sing songs and dance,

Luke sits himself near the lonely soldier who lingers far from the crowd and says

“I’m Luke. Ben said you knew my father.”

I drew Beatrix with my creature ❤️ I wanted to showcase how they would sit on someones arm.

I wanted to show off a little of my creature designs :)

I haven't named it yet, but it's basically a lemure, parrot, cat.

I got the idea when I was half awake because my cat will sit with his back legs on my arm and I was like. "Haha parrot cat"

They eat small animals and are about as smart as primates. They can use very simple tools. They live in social groups like lemures and can be very territorial. to protect against predetors they will gang up and let out a high pitched scream.

Their social noise is similar to a feline chirping. (Very noisy)

AHHH OF COURSE!!!Sorry These are taking so long. I have been dealing with a lot these past few weeks and I can't seem to catch a break. I hope this was worth it <3 Cody is the ideal soldier. He is brave, smart and follows orders to a T. It’s why he compliments Obi-wan so well. Cody is also extremely humble and empathetic. He’s the one who usually talks his men through their lows and urges them to keep moving forward. (He even does this for rex) Like Obi-wan, Cody is very much a mediator. He is very good at resolving conflicts within the ranks, which makes him an extremely effective leader. He’s not afraid to sit down with someone to talk to them and make them feel like they have a voice in their ranks. Of course he can be firm when they are being unreasonable, but he is extremely good at getting through to people. Being a mediator can be extremely taxing emotionally and physically. So any time he is on leave, instead of going to 79s for a pint, he likes to stay at home and catch up on reading or his holovids. It’s a little silly, but I’ve always headcanoned that Cody loves to watch soap operas and the star wars equivalent of the British bake-off. He just loves how silly and over the top the situations are. More than once, he would laugh and nudge whoever was watching holovids with him and say “If only our problems were so simple!” He's joking, but he honestly feels it sometimes.

Bad Batch Blushing Headcannons

Hunter: He gets red across the cheeks and nose! He's not very easy to make blush, but when he does he's a very sweet dude

Crosshair: gets very pink on his ears and neck, and then his cheeks, and then his whole face explodes in massive blushing! Again, he isn't easy to make blush, but when he does it's VERY obvious and he must flee the room

Tech: I think Tech blotches when he blushes! Spots of red on his face and he gets really warm, he can be surprisingly independent and defensive or aggressive when embarassed

Wrecker: my poor boy's face EXPLODES red okay?? Like he gets pink and rubs his neck, give him help, please, he blushes too easy

Echo: he doesn't blush easy, bit when he does it's really faint. Like a tint of pink, maybe, because he doesn't feel like he deserves compliments and deflects them and doesn't blush, in this essay I will

Title is a combo of our choice songs (Unchained Melody and I Don’t Want To Set The World on Fire). This one if for you, you sweet sweet candy of eyes! However I had to go with Enchanted because i just saw this movie and i am literally garbage

You exhaled shakily in the dark ship, trusting your feet, with only the star light to guide you. The Havoc was creepy when it was just you up, but soon you could change shifts with Tech. But while stalling in space power had to be shut down and conserved.

You jumped at footsteps behind you, turning quickly. “Tech,” You rasped, almost laughing in relief. “Oh, thank Fett it’s just you.” You pressed a hand to your chest, laughing as you exhaled. “Goodness.”

why are yall so convinced that the jedi and clones were equally enslaved. who the hell owned the Jedi? who was denying them regular political rights? that was their own thing to not get involved in politics. ahsoka fucking left the order and lived just fine (broke as shit but fine) but once Cut left he was essentially breaking the law by merely existing outside of the role that had been forced upon him. the bad batch is litcherally on the run for desertion now. what is going on

Waxer is one of my favorite clone troopers. He has such a kind heart and he would be an incredibly empathetic and thoughtful partner. He is romantic without even realizing it. Running a bath for you when you get home, Making dinner for you, buying you gifts and taking you on nice dates to places you have mentioned before in passing. To him, he’s just focused on being the best partner he can be. What a partner SHOULD be, in his mind. However his tender heart and empathetic nature can become a burden at times, especially after a particularly hard battle.After which he will sit in a room alone with his head in his hands and silently cry. Sometimes his brothers will come in and comfort him, giving him words of encouragement until he’s able to get himself back together. He tries his best to stay strong when you are together. He doesn’t want his sadness to taint the happy memories the two of you are making together, but of course its not possible to hide things like that from the people who love you and he breaks down. Like a good partner though you listen. You hold him and let him know that he can rely on you when he’s at his weakest, because you know he would do the same for you. Those moments are ones he surprisingly treasures and gets him through the war. You become something more meaningful to fight for than just the republic.
