my craziest take is you can be cis in a trans way if you feel like it. Like its literally no big deal. if you wanna be completely cisgender but still feel as if you're alienated from your agab then you can be cis in a trans way
you can be cis and give yourself other pronouns too. you can be a woman who's he/him and entirely femme. who cares. Literally who cares
THERE IS OVERLAP AND COMMUNITY IN EVERYTHING
I was surprised to see a video about the Gullah Geechee peoples on here, but am definitely very happy about it! While the Gullah Geechee are most prominently present on the sea islands of South Carolina and Georgia, there are many communities that share traits and practices stretching from parts of Florida to North Carolina dozens of miles inland, not just on the actual coast. Honestly, anywhere on the southeast coast you're likely to find communities that share practices with the Gullah Geechee in rural towns that popped up on destroyed cotton and rice plantations. A non-exhaustive list of Gullah Geechee traits includes: a love of rice (much like the peoples of West Africa, especially Sierra Leone), a distinctive creole language of English and various West African languages, distinct art forms once again similar to West African art, and the practice of subsitence fishing.
Also, though they're called the Gullah Geechee when speaking with people outside the community, each individual community is likely to only use one of those terms. In my work, I've found that the peoples of SC are guaranteed to call themselves Gullah, the peoples of GA are guaranteed to call themselves Geechee, and it's a toss up on what other communities call themselves.
If you'd like to learn more, there are a ton of organizations that work to preserve Gullah Geechee heritage such as the "Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor", "Gullah Geechee Nation", "Gullah Geechee Chamber of Commerce", "Penn Center" which was heavily featured in the video, and of you live in the area there are many museums such as the one in Georgetown that documents Gullah heritage in particular.
Happy Birthday :)

There's this really vocal falcon that follows me when I go biking, likes to screech at me like I'm going to steal her lunch.
Think I'll call her Salty. Which version do you like better?
