I randomly think about this text, and it always cements the idea of Joka’s ONLY enjoying the process of the plan and not wanting to see the outcome.
Dos he just do what he’s told without expecting anything in return ? Even if Garlen won and did use Nahatos power to become the rule over the world, what would it be for Joka ? ( and Janga too tbh )
I like to interpret the last line to be him talking to himself, telling himself to not get attached to anyone or anything in whatever job he’s taking. Because at the end of the day; the toy blocks will fall apart and everything will be lost and gone ! Most of his light hearted moments with whoever he’s working for and with are only to enjoy the moment, after the split he’ll forget about these people and move on.
but honestly? I feel as if he DID get attached to some people in the past, but would rather block the memory. Thinking about such things is quite tiering ! Sit down, and enjoy the moment, ignore the past and future ! It’s all a play no ?
Honestly looking at the ending of klonoa dtp. I can see he doesn't want to get attached to anyone after he lost ghadius. Garlen and janga are just toys to him and would drop them in a heartbeat if ghadius is to come back. (I kinda like that idea that joka only stay on janga's side just because janga reminds him of ghadius a bit or find him amusing?)
Yes yes ! Perhaps he find some sort of familiarity in Janga that makes him think of Ghadius to a point ( if he ignored Jangas crudeness and his tendencies to flee when things get south)
Somewhat getting closer to people the more they remind him of his Lord, or what HE think his Ghadius would be like if he opened up more to him ( instead of sulking and sitting around like a statue )
Ooo right! I can that. Here another idea that came into my head. What if he believed that nahatomb darkness could have brought ghadius back in a way? ( maybe the whole idea of "blowing up" in heroes was just a act so his real intentions were hidden? )
Like he used garlen to get some data from the Re-waking of nahatomb. And would use it afterwards for himself. ( depending if the moon base still have that deta.)
Anyways I could see him saving janga after he fall into the moon and would be keeping him around in his domain like a pet or something. Idk about garlen maybe or not. ( klonoa Dream champ tournament garlen did turn him into a gear and he still might be holding a garage about that?)
