Why am I selling shakes? Ok, Buckle in for a long post.

1) The night I was called a “grenade” - the fat/ugly friend that needs occupied to hang out with pretty girls. That night I cried on senior trip.
2) Held a monkey in Honduras but hated the memory
3) Vacations with friends: didn’t want be the “big” one. I’d skip the group photos
4) My best girl got married. There’s not a single picture I love. Not one.
5) A group photo caught me off guard & devastated Vegas vacay

How did it get this bad? In Hawaii thinking I don’t want a single memory of myself like this. So many diets. So much money. So many times I was “really doing it this time.” 10 pounds off, 15 on. Binge eating, lonely, sad. Everyone now says “I guess I never realized you were THAT big.” I knew. I hid it well.

January 2015: I counted every single calorie. Cut out ANYTHING “unhealthy.” I vividly remember standing in Charleston, SC at 153lbs thinking.. hot damn, I really did it.

3 years later with bad habits never truly broken. A constant yo-yo of 10-20 pounds. Bringing in 2019 at 190lbs again. 1,000 excuses why the weight came back.
New Year’s Day- I refocused. I worked endlessly on mindset. I set aside time every single day for personal development. I said no to drinking/eating out and yes to the gym. I STAYED CONSISTENT ON MY PRODUCTS. I used my team, my mentors, weight loss challenges, resources. I worked on my WHOLE self: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. I maxed out every facet of my growth. I realized there’s no end game. ***********************************************
Why do I sell shakes?
✅ For the girl who lost 1,000 pictures and 1,000,000 opportunities
✅ For the time I sobbed on senior trip
✅ For the girl who was lonely, sad and isolated living in one of the most beautiful places on earth
✅ For the countless times I thought I couldn’t eat something because I had to “diet”
