I’m surprised I missed this sweet classic out. Maybe because I’m not a big fan of creamy cocktails. But definitely one of the best recipes ever made. A good reason why it’s in the classic list! Brandy Alexander is one of our best sellers here in our resort that’s how I’ve learned about it. It only consist 3 ingredients and it’s easy to make, quick! grab your favorite shaker and let’s make it!

Chill your coupe/martini glass first. In a shaker pour in 90 ml cognac or brandy, I prefer Hennessy V.S then pour in 45 ml de kuyper creme de cacao and 45 ml fresh cream. This cocktail needs a really really really good shaking. So if you or your bartender doesn’t have enough monkey grease to pull that off, forget it! Might as well order a pint of beer or a dram of whiskey on the rocks.
Alright, so empty your chilled glass and pour the mixture. Grind a piece of nutmeg or a cinnamon stick for garnish. There you go! You have yourself a Brandy Alexander, salute;)
