Heres my blog! I usually use this place to post art or animations I make, or reblog art I find cool! Or somethings just reblog random nonsense I find funny.

I occasionally reblog space related posts, I love space and aeronautics.

I play a bunch of games not limited to: ROR2, Subnautica, KSP, I LOVE UTDR, Helldivers 2, and Ultrakill.

I greatly admire and enjoy anything from Glitch Productions; TADC and MD being my favorite shows :]

Space stuff

okay so, I got a new telescope, its not the best 90mm aperture, 800mm focal length, but its still something. Anyways, besides the planets obviously, I really wanna look at things. Orion nebula is the main object I want to see, its out of season currently.

So anyways I just wanted to ask if yall could reblog this with some cool space objects/stars/clusters/etc I should try and look for while in North America.

Oh I also desperately wanna see 40 Eridani, but sadly its also out of season, so unfortunately I wont be able to see Rockys homeworld 😔

I just finished watching the latest episode.

What in the actual hell.

I legitimately could care less if each episode took 5, 10 years to make. The amount of effort that is put into these, is truely, insane. Like this probably has been said by so many others, but I'm gonna say it again, it is so insane to me, that Alan is able to make such a *compelling* and well made story without:

Faces

Detailed bodies

Spoken words

It is such an inspiration the things he does, and it really inspired me to try animation for myself. Okay anyways, thoughts on the actual episode below.

With the lack of faces and hands, Alan gets really creative with the various ways to express emotion or dialogue. I loved this shot with the visor functioning as an eye.

Also loved in this scene how smug dark lord looked, absolutely evil.

Chekovs nuke, I love it (also rip, he made a glorious sacrifice 🙏)

The whole nuke scene probably took like half the wait time to animate, and honestly it was worth it lmao, that was wondeful.

The episode was great, seeing as more things come together, back stabs, plot twists, some sad moments and deaths :(

Im so hyped for the next one.

Astrophotography

Pulled an old outdoors telescope thats been sitting in the closet for years and decided to go look at the planets and stars.

Jupiter and its 4 galiliean moons. Although it seems like only 3 were visible lol

The two brightest stars in the sky that I could see

And finally the moon!

The pictures are all a bit blurry since phone camera doesnt like it lol. I wish I could take a picture of Venus, would need to head out a bit earlier. Eventually I might buy an actual space telescope.

Minmus Refueling Station

I love being able to fully walk through these with free IVA. The base is powered with a fission reactor and has like 8 drills. It will be used to help refuel hermes 2 for missions

Im going to go insane

okay so, after almost TEN hours of designing, I have finally finished...

The Hermes 2

I love the design so much, its amazing. I made all the interiors connect so I can go through them in FreeIVA, it has all life support systems and tons of windows. The tri engine layout is pretty cool, each portion has its own fission reactor and radiators to power the 3 lithium engines, highly efficient.

Although I'm pissed now, because I spent SO long figuring out the power issue, and heat to deal with it, and now, right as I finished...

I unlocked new nuclear engines with similar efficiency and over 6 times the thrust. All that work and now I'm gonna have the constant dread that it could be more efficient/stronger, but I dont wanna do that now since I put so much effort into these engines, and they already look amazing.

I did however made it so the engine sections of the Hermes 2 can be disconnected so theoretically after a few runs with these ones I could add the new ones, it wont feel the same.
