My tumblr show more than I think and how I feel. After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and not coping very well with that, to suffering from depression because of it I have learnt who I can trust in my life and after a break up I learnt who was there for me. I thought I had found my best friend and soul mate but turns out it was all a lie. Losing a best friend sucks. I have no one to talk to anymore. I have so much to live for. Everyone does! Feel free to ask me anything. I wanna try and help people to the best I can.

Excuse the bad photo 😏 Been at the gym now for three months attending two pt sessions a week as well as going everyday I don't have netball training and even though I have lost weight as such but I have lost centimetres off my hips and waist. Still got a little way to go. This is not the end of me. Still have a long way to go. It's going to be tough but at the end of the day it will be worth it. I will not give up 💪🏼 I will not give in 👊🏼 I'm doing this for myself. Well it has been a tough twelve months but I am happy to say I've made it back to where I belong. Back playing netball and enjoying life. Couldn't have done it with out the help of my friends and family, my personal trainers and my specialist. There have been so many times I've wanted to stop and give up. But that's not who I am. I fight till the very end and that's what I'm going to do. This year is all about me. I'm not going to have time for the drama and shit that goes on. It's time for that change I've always dreamt of. Since November 2014 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my knees and ankles. It took me a while to come to terms with it all. It got that bad that I had to use a walking frame to get out of bed. I had to hang up my netball shoes for the 2015 season. I felt like I had hit rock bottom. I was depressed and it took me a while to realise that there are others out there that are worse off than me. I found it in myself to ask for help. I have been to a personal trainer since August. He gave me the chance to move again. I have built up the muscles in my legs to help support me. I am back playing netball again. And I've signed up to the gym. Three weeks in I had lost over 5kgs and yesterday I was able to run 3kms on the treadmill. I don't know where I would be if I hadn't turned my life around. I thank everyone who has been with me every step of the way. I know it hasn't been easy. But I'm thankful for where I am today. #rheumatoidarthritis #21 #turningmylifearound #strenght #running #fitness
