Hello - for anyone who's interested, I'll be adding crossword puzzles to my blogs. Please feel free to download them or print them out. Enjoy the entertainment!
Seven Healthy, Green Vegetable Inspired Meals to Cook and Enjoy:
Hey, I'm back! For this blog, I'd like to introduce my cooking side, which is a little rare because I really don't fix different meals regularly (up until recently, but I'm still learning). So, I also had some difficulty pitching in the exact amount of ingredients for my meals to work. (It's a fact, I don't really know how to measure 😽😽😽😽)
Just a side note - I forgot to take my own pictures on several of the recipes, so I pretty much "borrowed" some from different places on bing.com (uggh). Nevertheless, I wanted anyone who's interested in these ideas to get a glimpse of what the meals would look like once done. Numbers 1 to 4 come as close to the finished ones as I could get to resemble the selected dishes. These are cheap (on the dollars) and fairly easy to make healthy recipes for value sized families or for those who like leftovers, with no extra salt involved. Each meal can be cut down in size for single families to enjoy as well!
1.) Spaghetti with Spinach - Ingredients: 2 pounds of enriched macaroni product (spaghetti), about 20 oz of chopped spinach, 28 oz. of spaghetti or pasta sauce, healthy cooking oil and any kind of desired spices (optional).
Directions: Follow the instructions on the back of the box of (semolina) pasta noodles like you would normally do. Please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use:
https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426
Add in the cooking oil you're going to use in order to give the noodles extra flavor and to soften them. While they're cooking, add the chopped spinach to the pot you’re using. After the noodles have been boiled, combine them with the spinach. Add any spices you’d like and any spaghetti or pasta sauce. Next, stir all the ingredients around and serve.
2.) Basil Pesto Spaghetti with Asparagus - Ingredients: 2 pounds of enriched macaroni product (spaghetti), about 30 oz. of Asparagus spears, 28 oz. of pasta sauce (optional), 16 oz. of Basil Pesto Sauce, healthy cooking oil and any kind of desired spices (optional).
Directions:
First, rinse off the Asparagus'. Next, add in your cooking oil and Asparagus’ to the boiling noodles in a pot filled with water. Please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use:
https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426
After the food is done boiling, pour everything into a pasta drainer. In a separate container, stir in the Basil Pesto Sauce and any spices you'd like to add to the noodles and Asparagus' dish. You can prepare this quick meal with or without pasta sauce.
3.) Pasta Roni's Pasta Noodles with Parsley - Ingredients: 18 oz. of Pasta Roni brand noodles, *butter or margarine, and 1 pound of Organic or regular Italian Parsley leaves (chopped).
Directions: Follow the instructions on the back of any Pasta Roni pasta box(es). (If the pasta box you chose calls for milk, apply that ingredient accordingly.) *You can also use a healthy cooking oil instead of butter or margarine for this meal. Please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use:
https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426
Once the noodles are boiling or halfway cooked, you can mix in the special seasonings from the Pasta Roni boxes (which is basically the cheesy compound) by stirring, then add the chopped Parsley to a hot pot. Stir again until the pasta noodles are thoroughly cooked with the parsley grounded in.
4.) Vodka Sauce Over Penne Noodles with Brussel Sprouts - Ingredients: 1 pound of Penne noodles, 20 oz. of chopped brussel sprouts, about 40 oz. of vodka sauce, any kind of desired spices (optional) and healthy cooking oil. Please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use: https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426
Directions: First, fill a pot up with water, bring the water to a boil, then add in all your pasta. Next, add the cooking oil to the heating water to help soften the pasta. Stir. After rinsing off the chopped brussel sprouts, throw them in with the noodles which are now preparing to boil. You can cook them while covered or uncovered. Stir again. Once everything has completely boiled, drain the pasta with the chopped Brussel sprouts. Put the prepared food in a large bowl or container, then include the vodka sauce and any spices you'd prefer. Stir everything up and hey, enjoy!
5.) Alfredo Fettuccine with Broccoli Florets and Green Onions - Ingredients: 1 pound of fettuccine noodles, about 30 oz. of Alfredo sauce (depending on how much pasta you're going to use), about 10 oz. of long, green onions (chopped), about 64 oz. of broccoli florets, healthy cooking oil and any kind of desired spices (optional).
Directions: For this specialty dish, first you're going to have to boil the fettuccine noodles in a large pot. You can also add in the green onions (chopped up) and the broccoli florets to the same pot or use a different one if needed, to boil them. This can be done uncovered! Make sure you have added in your preferred cooking oil (Please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use first: https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426) to keep everything moist and unstuck while cooking. Once the noodles and onions are done boiling, be sure to drain them. After you do that, add the Alfredo sauce to saturate the noodles and vegetables, then add in any additional spices if desired. Stir up, and the meal is ready to go!
6.) Zucchini in Jumbo Shells Pasta Mix - Ingredients: 24 oz. of jumbo pasta shells, about 30 oz. of zucchini noodles or coins (or both, if you prefer), healthy cooking oil, 44 oz. of three/four cheese pasta sauce (preferred), about 32 oz. of Ricotta, Mozzarella or cream cheese (choose one kind) and any kind of desired spices (optional).
Directions: For this encore meal, you can choose to boil the zucchini noodles or coins in a separate smaller pot and cook the shells in a larger pot, if not altogether. Next, if you haven't already, add all the shells to the pot of boiling water. Make sure that you apply the cooking oil (Please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use: https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426) to the boiling shells while they're cooking to help bring out the taste and texture. Next, drain both the zucchini and the pasta shells. Then, pour everything in a large container and add in your desired pasta sauce to ensure all the vegetables and pasta are fully covered. Finally, stir in one of the cheeses that were aforementioned, along with any spices you'd like to include.
7.) Velveeta Broccoli Rotini and Cheese Zucchini Mix - Ingredients: 28 oz. of Velveeta Rotini and Cheese (without the Broccoli), about 24 oz. of chopped zucchini, any kind of desired spices (optional) and healthy cooking oil (optional).
Directions: Step one - Combine the Zucchini and the Velveeta corkscrew pasta in a pot, then boil. Step two - Add in your cooking oil, to help soften the noodles/keep them from sticking to the bottom of your pot. (Although this is not a requirement, please follow this web link to help you decide what and how much cooking oil to use:
https://www.nbcnews.com/better/lifestyle/best-oils-use-your-cooking-according-nutritionists-ncna1032426)
Step three - If you're preparing the pasta separately, please allow them to cook for at least eight minutes or until the pasta noodles are considered tender, per box instructions. It's not necessary to use the broccoli bits with this recipe because it doesn't call for them, but they may be used as well. Step four - Drain the pasta. DO NOT RINSE. Step five - Return the pasta either to the pot or a food container and add in the chopped zucchini. Step six - Add in any spices you'd might like to this pasta mix and then the cheese sauce from the Velveeta Rotini Pasta and Cheese box. Step seven - Stir up and enjoy!
Here's another one of my "colorings" that I've completed lately. More of my articles and such should be available pretty soon!
Hi, everybody! I know it's been awhile since I posted anything decent-minded, but I've been extremely busy with work and other essential stuff. Anyways, I'm still trying to keep my posts at a substantiated level on here because I don't want to lose followers - I'm hoping to gain more! So, for this month, so far I've managed to get up a page (out of a coloring book) that I enjoyed working on and for awhile (which will be every so often) I'll be contributing my other "colorful" artistic side by using different Biblical commentaries. Let me know what you think! ~Thanks~

Heyyy just new year. Just wonderin' if I could join any group chats out there? I wanna have friends here tho :))
Hey, there. Me too! I'm actually looking for some followers to review and enjoy my blog work. Haven't had any luck with it, though.
(Sorry, but I had to create two separate posts in order to get this compilation of movies together for "you" to enjoy. For some reason, Tumblr doesn't allow more than ten pictures at a time per post. Enjoy!)
Twelve True Story Inspired Movies that You Should Consider Watching (Continued):
11.) Bohemian Rhapsody (2018): This outgoing film explores the roads it took for Farrokh Bulsara to become the outlandish characterized singer we all know as Freddie Mercury.
12.) Frankie & Alice (2010): This true-to-life movie is about a socialite woman from the 1970’s who garnered popular interest for her exotic dancing/stripper routines at a club in Los Angeles. She discovers that she could be in fact, coo-coo, after she has a hard run-in with the law.
*Have anything you’d like to add to this list? Please leave your thoughts and opinions on here concerning what you think of these blog posts. Thanks!*
Twelve True Story Inspired Movies that You Should Consider Watching:
Hi Again! 😁
For this post, I came up with twelve different aspiring movies about people in either life-altering situations or people that have left a solid mark on this world. Some of the people portrayed in the following films you may have heard of, others not so much, if at all. I was able to compile a list of interesting biopics to share here that were lucky enough to have made it to the theatres or on home TV for viewers everywhere to enjoy:
1.) The Impossible (2012): This movie is really intriguing, because it follows a family that went to Thailand for vacation, only suddenly they get stuck in a tragic situation due to an enormous tsunami that hits the area they're in. However, one thing I didn't like about the film was that the actors involved weren't depicted exactly as possible to the real family that this happened to.
2.) Ray (2004): Thoroughly based on the blind, but determined singer Ray Charles, this movie gives much detail of how the performer rose to stardom after he learns he has a talent for music.
3.) Get on Up (2014): This film follows the ambitious path that James Brown took to become The Godfather of Soul.
4.) CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story (2013): This film centers on how TLC (Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas and Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins collaborated with Perri Reid, aka Pebbles and her husband, Antonio "L.A." Reid, their managers/music producers to create the famous contemporary R&B girl group. The film follows the well-known girls from their early days at the top of the charts until tragic circumstances suddenly hit.
5.) Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le (2016): This is the untold (until recently) true story of R&B singer Michel'le, the woman behind the voice of songs like "Something In My Heart" and "No More Lies". This movie chronicles what happened during the late '80s between the members of N.W.A., Dr. Dre and of course, Michel'le.
6.) Harriet (2019): This film concerns the paths that Harriet Tubman took to become Moses, the nickname she earned for being a well-known abolitionist and political activist, while she led tons of African slaves to safety and freedom.
7.) Bolden (2019): This particular movie is about the strange, whimsical Black cornet player, Buddy Bolden. Throughout the movie, he has sudden flashbacks of his childhood during his stay at a mental facility as well as severe recalls from his short-lived career as a (lesser-known) jazz player/music instructor, which had been diminished particularly by constant drug-use and a major decline in health.
8.) A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (2019): This film gives a semi-brief idea of what Fred Rogers, aka Mr. Rodgers, the much loved children's TV entertainer was like.
9.) Gimme Shelter (2013): This retro-active based movie predominately fixes on the streets of New Jersey (the state in which I live, by the way) in hopes of providing security and rest for a young pregnant girl named Agnes “Apple” Bailey. Other than the good acting skills coming from some well-known actors and actresses, there are some unexemplary flaws I found throughout this flick which were alterations from the original story.
10.) I'm Not Ashamed (2016): Based on true events from April 20, 1999, this film recounts what transpired before the actual day of the Columbine High School shooting as well as what supposedly occurred on that infamous day. A young Christian girl named Rachel Joy Scott (one of the students that attended the school as well as becoming a shooting victim) is highly centralized in this film.

My Favorite God-fearing People I Enjoy Watching and Following on YouTube
Hello 👋 Everybody, this is my first official and completed blog that I've ever been able to compose. I'm not sure how well any of my blogs will turn out, but I'm giving them my best shot. For this blog, I wanted to address my religious side and share what I like to tune into, which helps keeps my life afloat during very difficult times.
I'm on YouTube alot and usually I'll spend my nights watching what these different spiritual influencers have to say, which are quite interesting. Some of them come on every night with new content, while others come on the channel either weekly or bi-monthly to spread insight on Godly things. Take a look at these inspirational people that gathered up my list:
~ (Minister) Kevin L A Ewing - This man really goes deep into the word of God. A native of the Bahamas, he covers topics such as fasting, spiritual attacks, interpreting dreams, evil alters, etc. His shows are usually over an hour of spiritualness, but very interesting, nevertheless. Here are some links that point to his lively ministries:
1) (https://kevinlaewing.blogspot.com/)
2) (https://m.facebook.com/kevinlaewing/)
3) (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqDr1VzEeP8f7wtr7f8SD1A)
He even has an app that you can download to watch some of his teachings, plus it has other cool stuff like a chat and prayer area.

~ Joy Blair - This African - American woman tries to keep things real between herself and God. She tends to be funny when she gives an account on her life experiences, but the situations she discusses aren't always humorous.
She has several books out that you can read and I've provided a link to where you can find them on the web:
To make things even more interesting about her, she has an Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/joy.k.blair/), a Facebook page (https://m.facebook.com/joy.k.blair),
and of course, her own YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0ghLOJ_t8pbIb4Pg4oPzfw), from which she speaks her mind. She also promotes various merchandise - I provided a link for access to the retail website:
(https://teespring.com/shop/joy-4090?show_currency=USD&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=398091654&aid=ts-boosted-pla&pid=658&adgroup=1147890834250298&matchtype=e&network=o&device=m&msclkid=af662cfb9aad18153d2a7346509701d2&cid=102957)
~ Julissa Cadena (JulissaDesignsLLC) - Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, this woman is well into fashion, as well as the Lord. I love how she shares her thoughts and opinions from a Biblical perspective through random topics like how she feels a Godly person should dress and what celebrities shouldn't be doing as far as unacceptable behavior goes. She also sets reminders to her listeners that God is in control of everything and to not lose hope.
Now living in Danbury, Connecticut,
she has a unique retail line which can be found by clicking on the link provided: (https://julissadesigns-llc.square.site/), or you can visit Etsy for her other merchandise: (https://www.etsy.com/market/julissadesigns)
She also has an email address, where she can be contacted at: ([email protected])
and even a Facebook page: (https://www.facebook.com/julissadesignsllc/)
~ Pastor Torah Grace - She is an African -American preacher who sponsors the religious organization, Kingdom Dynasty Global Ministries:(www.kdgministries.com/). She has a YouTube channel, which involves the business as well: (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7Cw6Y2-JElNPzOXN_1WUcQ) This woman is very intellectual when it comes to speaking about God's Word. What's interesting about her is, when she's preaching on a Godly topic, she stops midway and says, "Listen, listen, listen!" to make sure everyone is paying attention. Sometimes she partners with Amanda Grace, click here for her -
(https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsxYKMyPMv9iut9SmMVO0CVdjqrXd2ly4), who is another person on YouTube that speaks of God's Word through her ministry.
Kingdom Dynasty Global Ministries also has a Facebook page, which you can access by clicking here:(https://www.facebook.com/KDGMRoyal/
~ Evangelist Fernando Perez - He is an evangelist, originally from Brazil, who I enjoy listening to on a nightly basis. When I say "nightly", I mean, I go to sleep listening to his pre-programmed prayers that come up daily on YouTube. They help with relaxing me when I'm having trouble sleeping during the night.
He broadcasts different kinds of prayers through YouTube:(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWyoHxd5T7WjiObgYzemWrw) as well as on Feedspot:(https://www.feedspot.com/infiniterss.php?_src=feed_title&followfeedid=4713951&q=site:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Ffeeds%2Fvideos.xml%3Fchannel_id%3DUCWyoHxd5T7WjiObgYzemWrw)
Plus, he has a website that prioritizes with healing, receiving random prayer requests and taking donations:
Furthermore, this man has a Facebook page, which has other contact information concerning his online ministry:(https://m.facebook.com/pg/FernadoPerezMinistry/posts/) and if you are familiar with LinkedIn, here's the link to more of his business connection: (https://www.linkedin.com/in/evangelist-fernando-perez-13665893)
~ Doreen Virtue - A very pleasant woman to watch and listen to, she often shares her own personal stories of past experiences she's had, such as living her life as a New Ager and being raised to believe in Christian Science.
She also has guest speakers that come on her YouTube channel quite frequently, who are willing to share their previous experiences as New Age believers, Bethel Church-goers, and yoga teachers/followers, which are also in relation to Doreen's history. What's more, she is an author of dozens upon dozens of published materials, which can be found all over the web (Just disregard her past New Age wisdoms and tarot card readings which she strongly wants everybody to dismiss)!
You can watch her Christian programs on YouTube: (https://m.youtube.com/user/4AngelTherapy)
or Facebook: (https://m.facebook.com/pg/DoreenVirtueForJesus/videos/).
You can also find some of her Christian scriptures and quotes which have been uploaded on Pinterest here: (https://www.pinterest.com/DoreenVirtue/)

An Introduction
Hello, my name is Autumn J. Rountree. I have a passion for writing - I'm currently working on two books at the moment. This will be my first blog that has ever been published.
I plan on posting random reviews on different subjects, like movies, music, food, books and/or stories, etc.; basically anything that comes to my mind that I feel like sharing. When I post, I want to provide fresh content at least every two weeks, if not, then once a month.
I want to make this a part-time task, because I also have a job outside of home, which is pretty time-consuming. But I'd like for my blogs to grow well into themselves and become successful at presenting what may be of interest to you.
Thank you for deciding to read my blogs - hopefully I'll hear from you in the comment section soon! 😃
