First upgraded to the 10 gallon on December 8th, 2018. Here’s the progress! BabyBoy has gone from an embarrassingly small 1 gallon to this in a matter of a little over a month.

The progress in his health and overall demeanor amazes me. This little guy went from pale and lethargic to a vibrant speed-demon in no time at all. I’m so glad I saw other people’s aquariums here on Tumblr, or I would have never known that he needed so much more. I’m especially excited that I upgraded him when I did - his first birthday is in February!

The Nubble Telescope 🌟 

Been a while since I’ve updated on Nubbles, as nubbly as ever. Look at those gorgeous sparkly blues!! He’s had a little more trouble turning as he’s grown, doing more of a twisting flipping maneuver like Spore although I think that’s more down to the Nub than any swim bladder issues. He also had an unfortunate siphon accident a few weeks ago, in which he was very determined to get himself stuck in there at all costs, but besides a little swelling and bruising was luckily not badly injured and is now BANNED from that end of the tank during cleaning time, silly bug. 

Also, he now sometimes gives kissies at feeding time and lemme tell you, kisses from a goldfish with moosh are like being touched by the purest angelic being I almost cried the first time it’s a spiritual experience so SOfT
