not 2017, but yes to 2018

this 2017 is not gonna be the best year of my life, but let me tell you, 2018 will. you wanna know why? well, these past few years have SUCKED (a lot)!!! and, i’ve learnt that we cannot go from 0 to 100, so if 2016 has been one of the worst years of my life, 2017 is not suddenly gonna be the best one (at least i don’t think this is how it works). on 2017 im gonna focus on myself, i’m gonna learn how to love every single one of my flaws, and start changing things i don’t like in my life, from saying goodbye to those who don’t deserve to be on it, to saying hello to new people and opportunities, so this 2017 is gonna be my transition year, and i’m just gonna work on myself so that when 2018 comes i will be fully ready to start living the life i’ve always wanted. i will feel confident in my own shoes and will not care about what people says about me. but we have to take baby steps to make sure this works, we cannot try to run without even knowing how to walk, am i right???!!! YES I AM. so, let’s do it all together!!!!

Guest: Hi, I'm looking for the Dinosaur ride?

Me: Sure, right around the corner on the left.

30 minutes later

Guest: Hey, I went on that Dinosaur ride you told me to go to, but it was the wrong one.

Me: Oh, I'm sorry. I just kinda assumed you meant DINOSAUR. Which ride were you looking for?

Guest: The one where you get up in the canopy and fly around the area.

Me: Um... There's only three rides in this area and none of them are like that....

Guest: No, I was here three years ago and you had it.

Me: ... Is there any chance you went to Islands of Adventure three years ago?

Guest: No, I'm sure I was here at Jurassic Park.

Me: M'am... The canopy ride with the pterodactyls is at Islands of Adventure in the Jurassic Park area. This is Animal Kingdom and you're in Dinoland USA right now.

Guest: Forget it, I'm going to go ask someone else.
