I have done my due diligence in raising my kids and now I am rediscovering me. Who I am and what I want out of this journey we call life. I am done, being the people pleaser, and saying NO is a complete sentence and I no longer allow anyone (boss, spouse, kids, ect.) to disrespect me.

Realizing you can empathize without being responsible for others pain, burdens and their chaos. I can feel them and their circumstances, but I do not have to hold it.
