Warnings: hospitals, mentions of violence and injury, mild descriptions of panic and dissociation
Summary: “Hitoshi,” Hizashi breathed, too quiet to have truly been heard by anyone. He was so relieved to see his kid awake—to see him alive—that he almost collapsed into a heap of grateful sobs. Almost.

Shinsou and Aizawa get injured on patrol and Yamada, naturally, panics and rushes to see his family.
Summary: Yamada jumped to his feet, grinning, and cheered, “Baby’s first drug bust!”

Hitoshi has moved past his interaction with Ito, instead focusing on his work study, but the past always finds its way into the present. Hitoshi has to face and push past not only others, but himself as well just to survive.
Warnings: bullying/fighting, implied/referenced past abuse
Summary: “Are you trying to brainwash me,” Ito gasped, unnecessarily dramatic. “Did you hear that guys? Shinsou thinks it’s okay to use his quirk on some innocent bystanders.” He tsked with each step closer that he took, leaning into Hitoshi’s personal space, “Guess we’ll just have to teach him a lesson, huh?”

Shinsou has a run in with someone from his past, and it doesn’t go particularly well. Luckily, his dads are always there for him, whether it be for emotional support or to patch him up after a fight.
Summary: Shifting his head to the side, Hitoshi stared at the door, ignoring the homework he’d abandoned as it crinkled under his arm. Rounded triangles of navy blue bounced across his vision at the noise and he couldn’t help but smile as he watched it.

Shinsou hasn’t told his foster parents about his synesthesia, too scared of what they might think. After a long day of training, he struggles to hide it and it’s obvious that he’s hiding something. Another surprise comes to light after he explains.
Summary: The man lunged forward and Hitoshi scrambled backwards, completely forgetting he was a few stories up on top of a roof. Before he could even think to correct the mistake, he was falling. Desperately, he threw out his capture weapon, hoping he’d have at least some semblance of luck and that he would be able to stop himself before he hit the ground. He braced himself, waiting for the scarf’s tell-tale tug on his arms.
It didn’t come.

just thinking about the first time janus impersonated logan... like how janus used idioms... the others called him out for that... then later that same video, logan himself used idioms... and the others went "hm i guess he does know some idioms"... what if janus knew logan knows some idioms all along

I'll link the Twitter thread that goes into more detail, but essentially a Black girl, Taleah Lowe, who went to school at GVSU in Allendale Michigan recently drowned. She was with a group of all white "friends" when this happened and the story surrounding the incident is highly suspicious. For example, the white girls she was with claim they were all swimming in Lake Michigan when they got caught in a rip current, but the lake would be incredibly cold this time of year and Taleah's family has stated that Taleah's couldn't swim and wasn't the type of person to engage in something so risky. The white girls also set up a GoFundMe very soon after her death without the knowledge or permission of her family. The GoFundMe has since been taken down and Taleah's family has yet to see a cent of the $5,000 it earned. A family member of one of the white girls involved also left a reply to Taleah's cousin referring to her family as "gangbangers," which speaks for itself, showing that at least one of the white girls comes from a racist family. Please boost this and spread the word, the case hasn't been talked about a ton yet and Taleah's family deserves justice. Currently her cousin has set up a new GoFundMe to help raise money for funeral costs, and to hopefully pay for a thorough investigation to be done.
Do you think that when Eugene can't find Rapunzel he ever yells her name like they say ricola in the commercials. Like everyone just hears "RAAAAAAAAAPUNZEEEEEEEL" echo down the castle halls and they're like "yup, there's Eugene"
