Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs cooked lobster meat, chopped. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 split-top hot dog buns. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together well in a large bowl. Butter should be spread on the inside of each split-top hot dog bun. In a pan over medium-low heat, toast the buns for about two to three minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Put some lobster mixture in the middle of each toasted bun. Add chopped parsley as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
