Interesting from my friend

This is another digital circus oc inspired in this idea I had.

You know how often people will assume characters are aroace because they are robots, aliens, or just non-human?

You know how they'll be like "this character is aroace because the concept of romance is foreign to them! They don't care for it!"?

As an aroace person myself... It irritates me. Why am I not human to you?

And it *has* impacted me negatively. I feel like I miss out on something that is just... Human.

So, thinking of how the avatars on TADC are designed to poke fun at insecurities and such... A design like this could actually work in this context.

Toss isnt aroace because she's a robot, being a robot doesn't make her aroace. The body of a robot just comes from the fact she viewed herself this way- as someone who is missing a crucial part of the human experience.

So if it's not clear: it's the non human aroace character except the non human part is an insecurity of an actual human person, because they feel like they're not normal. It's how they ended up viewing themselves, not what they are.
