So, someone on TikTok asked me for a book trailer (yes, I'm on TikTok now, no, I don't want to talk about it. I need to market my book, damn it, which means I need to be on Every Platform, even the scary ones), and I thought I'd share a rough script with you guys and see how it lands! And also get you all unnecessarily hyped for a book that's not coming out until, like, November.

Anyway, here we go!!!

*epic choir of music starts up*

A world of dragons in need of saving. *music cuts* (Well, technically it’s half a world, but who’s counting?)

*music resumes*

A pensioner with a plan. *music cuts* (It is a really, really bad plan, with very little actual planning involved.)

*music resumes*

And a teenager who wants nothing to do with the impending adventure and just wants to go home and read *music cuts* (but he’s coming anyway, to keep his grandma out of trouble).

Join Kalowi Ignis and his indomitable granny as they prepare to travel across the worlds, make friends, annoy enemies, summon ghosts, learn life lessons through a series of long and convoluted stories, and do everything in their power to lift the curse upon the Queen Dragon, saving all of dragon-kind in the process. Will they succeed where thousands of others have failed? Almost definitely not, but they’re going to have a great time along the way!
