first of all FUCK LORD SAITO, what a BULLSHIT fight, dude his initial one? wonderful, loved that he used the naginata to mock atsu, gorgeous story telling device. his attacks carried over to this one, awesome! love how he’s all four bosses at once — initially, he was just challenging, then the second phase started, then jubei died and suddenly this motherfucking asshole just starts MOLESTING me — took me 3 hours to realize you can cancel him with the perfect slash or whatever it’s called for one moon bar but i need ALLL my moon bars cause this MOLESTER KEEPS TOUCHING ME UP THE BUTT, and if that weren’t enough he SHOOTS AR YOU??

listen. the fight? wonderful actually, i loved the swordplay, i can handle having to parry and dodge! thats fun, WHY DOES HE SHOOT YOU? I GET HES AN ALL ROUNDED GUY BUT GUNS?? IN OUR HONORABLE SWORD DUEL?? ok gang so i’ve seen those reverse!au’s where goat is lamb and his patron god is shamura so here are my thoughts on how that would go down

in shamura’s worry of narinder becoming who he does in the original timeline they instead attack him while he is young and still on good terms with everyone (despite shared worry) which draws ire from their other siblings who at that moment could definitely not approve of their betrayal since iirc they were tight before the whole gouging eyes ripping ears and everything

so in their fight to defend narinder they all end up with the same injuries and narinder and the siblings manage to lock shamura up; which kicks off the story of the goat instead of the lamb. i think narinder would be a little remorseful of having to do that to shamura cause he knew he was their most favored sibling and their intent was pure in the end
