🤝 dubcon due to the influence of the curse or potion is my favorite kind (that's a weird thing to say) especially as a "this wouldn't have worked if you two morons didn't already catch feelings" vibe. this fic totally fairies all of that, plus some great banter and a disgruntled Robards: "Draco goes in first, and as soon as Potter's in and has shut the door behind him, Draco's on him, pressing his face into Potter's neck. He smells like expensive aftershave and bacon grease, and it's gorgeous. Potter yelps and tries to push Draco off. And then Potter wilts into it, and it's fine."

😱 I could (and have) re-read this fic over and over again and find something new I love about it each time. it's creepy and a bit terrifying but so beautifully and hauntingly written. even if horror isn't your genre, I suggest you give this one a try: "The wind whistles louder against the cabin, and a cool dread traces down Draco’s neck. Something rustles just outside, the movement of trees, or the stirring of something larger."

Taika Waititi and hela asked thor ‘what were you the god of again?’ and then it went to loki smirking and you KNEW something good was coming. And then immigrant song started to kick in and the LIGHTING started and you felt your SOUL leave your body and go to another plan of existance. Then Thor desending lighting and all onto that pile of aliens in slow motion looking goddamn RENAISSANCE painting? That moment changed me! the DRAMA! The rest of that scene? Valkyrie, Loki, and Hulk fighting together? Thor’s LIGHTING striking those aliens straight outta there like they were fucking ants? ICONIC! The iconic truly JUMPED out of that movie! Taika Waititi took my hand in that movie, told me it was all gonna be ok and then changed my life FOREVER! That was ART! Mr. Waititi thank you for my LIFE

i know it’s been said before but no book character will literally ever be as iconic as peeta “if it weren’t for the baby” mellark. like in book 1 when he confesses to having a crush on katniss on live televsion, that’s strategic. he knows he won’t win the games but he can help keep katniss safe and send her home and get district 12 a victor. but in book 2 he’s like “well we’re all gonna die and there’s no stopping the games so i’m just gonna fuck shit up and make every capitol official’s life a living hell for as long as i can” and then he does. nobody is doing it like him
