what she means: so no one has seen or heard jack frost in 300 years according to the film, and yet people still know enough about him that they were able to come up with the saying 'jack frost nipping at your nose', as well as certain legends pertaining to him. so does that mean there have been people who were able to see him? was there a time where jack frost was highly believed in? or did the village he used to live in before he was officially jack frost make up this legend about him from the instance of him falling in a lake and freezing to his death? is this actually how the other guardians knew who the heck he was? is that how they heard things about him before he began his antics? also, how did no one notice this random fucking path of ice appear out of nowhere in the street for this kid to sled down? what kind of Mess™?

In the Cornish dialect of English, Pokemon meant ‘clumsy’ (pure coincidence).

In the mid 1800s there was a surge of writing about the Cornish language and dialect in an attempt to preserve them with glossaries and dictionaries being written. I wrote about it HERE.
