thank you both!! imagery ive always been... a little terrible at but i will strive to improve on that. and i will definitely throw laito around a little more to explore him more!! i havent had the chance to write for an angered laito as of yet... i rEALLY WANT TO THOUGH ITS MY DREAM TO DO ON HIM just need the proper openings..!!

Ban spread his arms out in front of him, admiring the various streamers that now decorated his body. "SweeeeeeeeetâŠ.â«" Now that he thought about it, maybe he could go find that stupid Noin brat and scare him or something. âLaytoooon, letâs go scare people.~â And with that, Ban sped off towards the door, not waiting for a response from Laito before-
Thud
Heâd fallen flat on his face. The sin layed motionless among the various items from the others shopping spree. Seconds later, he erupted into a fit of laughter as he sat up sat up. Just before he was about to speak, something caught his eye. One of the bags had tipped over, and out came two vials of a bright liquid. Curiously, he picked them both up, examining them before calling out to Laito.
"Hey, whatâre these?"
Looks like Ban loves his new costume. Laito's face lights up with a smile. At this point, he doesn't really care much for correcting Ban in not saying his name correctly. Not because Ban looked as though he were enjoying himself, but Laito himself knew exactly what events would follow.
And there it is. Ban comes tumbling down with a thud.Â
Laito erupts into a fit of laughter, clutching his stomach and doubling over just by witnessing this absolute misfortune of the loudmouthed giant toppling over. That resounding -thud- did nothing to quell the vampire's laughter. Pleasure in someone else's misfortune. Schadenfreude!
"Hahahahahaha, Ban-kun fell like a chopped down tree!! I wish I had a camera so I could relive that moment every day!!" His own laughter blends with Ban's, a detail Laito was too amusement-stricken to pay attention to. As he calmed down, Ban's query caught his attention. Green eyes flicker to the bottle in question; once again, he perks up. Oh, that thing...
"Ahhh? Magic potions! I don't know for sure if they actually work, however. Supposedly, something very special happens if you and someone else drinks it together... NfuâȘ I want to try them out with you, Ban-kun. It'll be fun, wouldn't it? âȘ"

"âŠâŠIâm not scaredâŠ..itâs just a stupid idiot and I hate it." Honestly, who the hell did it think it was? Staring at him like thatâŠ.Piece of shit had no right.
Ban sat there, simply rubbing the different streamers against his own cheek. What was the point of these again? Why would anyone buy these? All this was just too confusing, but he liked them, he guessed. "Hey LaureeeeeeenceâŠYou said these are for decorating, riiiiiight?~" The sin asked, pausing momentarily as he looked at the other male once more.
Then, it hit him. Ban abruptly got up on his feet. Without wasting another second, the sin shoved the streamers towards Laito. A smile spread across the albinoâs face as he held out his arms eagerly.
"Decorate me with those! LikeâŠdrape them all over me, or whatever.â«"
"NfuâȘ Sure, sure."
He wasn't buying it. Not one bit. Ban's behavior towards the jack-o-lantern, Laito felt, was incredibly amusing. It wasn't even a real pumpkin. Ban was, what, twice the vampire's size, and yet he felt absolute discomfort around a plastic carved pumpkin.Â
"Ah? Yes, I did. You really should learn how to listen a little more carefully. Or, does my charming voice not reach you from so high up? âȘ"
Granted, Ban was not all that high at this point in time, anyways. From the looks of things, his room-mate had secured a bright idea. The sin now towers well over the young vampire; Laito's hands burrow into his pockets and his body pivots upward. What was he up to--
Oh. That's what. Hands hastily pulled out of their pockets in order to take hold of the streamers. Ban wanted him to.. decorate him!!
"Alright, then!"
Without much hesitation (and a bright idea in mind) the streamers were unraveled and untangled; Laito is quick to wrap the orange ones around him as he would a holiday tree. Which is basically what Ban was. A tree. Orange, then black, then orange, then black again; Laito thoroughly wrapped the streamers around the other's body (of course having secured a stack of books to stand on.
"Spooky, scary!" With a whistle, Laito hops off the stack, arms crossed behind his back. "Ban-kun looks just like a big, scary mummy. A man wrapped in streamers is scary, but imagining a woman bound all over... NfuâȘ I'm getting excited just thinking about it."

Is Ban paying attention to his phone? Laito sure is, and he read that text like the nosy little brat he is.

He wasnât quite sure what Halloween wasâŠBut from the looks of it, it must be some weird-ass vampire BDSM orgy or something. Ok then.
"âŠâŠYeah. Iâll pass on the BDSMâŠThanks though."Â
Much like the other, Ban sat down as he began rummaging through one of the other bags. "Why the hell do we need this?" He commented, picking up another plastic prop; a jack-o-lantern, to be precise. "Hey Lebroooooon, why does this pumpkin have a face? Why is it mad? What the fuck is its problem?" After moments of scrutinizing the pumpkin and its features, he promptly set it down and slid it away from himself.
"I donât like it."âŠ..Itâs still staring at him. Why. The sin simply turned it to face the other way, thatâs better. Ban resumed digging through the bags after he set down that damned abomination, only to find what seemed to be some orange and black streamersâŠWithout a word, he gathered them all up in his arms.
"These are mine."
"Ahhh, that's no fun at all, Ban-kun...! Don't be such a spoilsport. The chains would've made our dormitory su~per scaryâȘ"
A faked expression of displeasure, and then a smirk. "I didn't mention BDSM once; that was all your perverted thinking. NfufuâȘ" Partially true. He did somewhat... encourage that ideal, as he had intended.
Lebron? That's a new one. "Laito is my name. Ahhh, has Ban-kun never seen a carved pumpkin before?" Both hands link behind his back, the vampire pivoting forward with a curious expression on his face. "That's what makes it scary. NfuâȘ Are you afraid of the big, bad jack-o-lantern, Ban-kun?"
A realization caught him-- one that would gradually surface with his own laughter's subsiding. Laughter. Laughter, genuine? Genuine laughter? Ah, he should not be giving himself the luxury of some crackpot state of mind that he does not deserve, should he.
He straightens himself once again, green eyes traveling from point to point in their little shared dormitory. The hut's interior was so plain, he thought. Plain. Droll. Nothing stands out. It's a little disappointing-- brows quirk as he swivels his form to face Ban again.
And again, he laughs.
"Yes, yesâȘ You can have those." Trailing forward, the ends of the streamers were taken in his own hands, emeralds observant and pondering. The black streamer's end was tossed over Ban's shoulder-- or at least an attempt was made. Why is he so tall? "I should keep you outside and you could be a living, breathing scary statue."

"Yeah, sure." The sin responded from the other room, just before peaking his head around the wall that separated the two. "Hey yâknow when the hell are you gonna replace that mirror? I miss looking at my handsome f-"

"WhoooooooaâŠ.â«" Ban spotted the bag thrown byâŠ.Lenard? Larry? What was that guys name again? He brushed off the thought, it didnât really matter, he supposed. The albino curiously made his way towards the bags. He paid no mind to the other next to him as he grabbed the skeleton head, which was barely peaking out the top.
"Hey LucasâŠIs this real? Did you kill someone?" He asked, examining the skull. "I couldâve helped yâknow, why didnât you tell meeeeee?"
"Aaah, my kindness has limits, you know! if you wanted a new mirror so badly, then you should go get one yourself." How kind of you, Laito. The niceness streak ended very abruptly there. Nevertheless, he remains cheerful as he could possibly be after lugging all those trinkets "home" with him.
Looks like his dear roomie, Ban-kun, found interest in the plastic skeleton. Believing it to be real human remains, Ban had went on about his disappointment in not being called in for assistance. That's... something Laito will do well to remember.Â
"Not at allâȘ It's fake. I figured it would liven our dull room just a little more."
"Hmmm... Next time, I'll call you. A three-man BDSM play with potential prey would fun to partake in, wouldn't it... NfufuâȘ" Disgusted by his own arousal (not as though Laito would ever show such) and with little basis to elaborate on such vile thoughts, he reclines into a squat, digging through more of the contents he's indulged in. Shackles, chains, tools for drilling those things into the wall, plastic jack-o-lanterns, candles...Â
"Halloween spiritâȘ"

Halloween was right around the corner, and something told him that a little decorating would be fun. Izaya's dormitory was a little... scorched at the moment, unfortunately, hence Laito's beeline towards his own dormitory. A few bags' worth of decor (and maybe a costume or two, not everything in Laito's shopping list was... well, child-safe) counted towards its contents. It wasn't every day where he splurges like this without the "guidance" from his "dear" old father. Oh well!
The door is pushed open, Laito's presence loud and misleadingly jovial. "I'm ho~omeâȘ" The bags were tossed right on the floor, a fake skeleton's head poking out of one of the larger ones. "You didn't miss me too much, riiight? Look, I brought home treats. NfuâȘ I'm so kind this season, aren't I?"
ââ  âActually, I believe weâre on Earth.â She really doesnât knkow why this fedora wearin mullet lookin kid tryna approach her and be snarky with her and steppin outta his lane when Suzie hasnât done anything at all but
"Ditz-chan doesn't understand where her place is, does she?" He's hungry, boo. He's so, so hungry. He's going to take one step forward. Two steps. Three steps more. Grinning like there's no tomorrow.  "NfuâȘ Let me remind you of where exactly you're living from now on. Or, will you accept it, and run away while you still can? I wonder which option Ditz-chan will pick. âȘ"Â
ââ  âIâm just trying to save you all from a life of sin and a death of Hell.â
"NfuâȘ Have you forgotten? We're already in Hell. All of us! âȘ You must've forgotten to pick up the brochure on your way down, hm?" And keep those fucking Bibles away--
"Aha! Youâre so intelligent, Lait~o. How ever did you figure it out..?!" No, but heâll play along. Always fun to just be a child sometimes, no?
"From the need to exclaim such a thing, of course! You're so~o green with envy, Izaya-kun. It doesn't suit you at all!" A bright smile dons itself on Laito's features. No way Izaya's into those frivolous emotions. With his hands now jammed in his blazer pockets as he continues to speak. "It's funny, isn't it? Love surfacing like weeds on this month of Halloween. NfuâȘ Scary, scary."
Love, huh? A disgusting love, a vile monster only Halloween could suit.
"So many romantic claims!" Kill each other.
"NfuâȘÂ Is Izaya-kun jealous?" Not even close, and he knows it.
