No sightings of Dakota in New York so far. No attendance in any pre-Met party. This is starting to feel like this year’s Oscars. I hope to see Dakota wearing a beautiful gown at the red carpet tomorrow and mingling with other celebrities but I’m no longer holding my breath.

She’s been going for the past four years and maybe just wants a break. From what I’ve been reading, it’s a lot of pressure and people don’t really have much fun. Someone even called it the “Mean Girls of galas“.

It’s a shame though. I really wanted some pics in the bathroom. Smoking optional.
