Commander Khoza stormed into the transporter room with fists clenched at his sides as the lithe form of his Captain rematerialised on the transporter pad. She had been reckless, deciding to take a shuttle down to an “abandoned” Klingon outpost, and it was only thanks to the Transporter Chief’s fast calculations that she was on board the ship, and not floating in pieces with the debris of the shuttlepod. Ordering everyone else to leave the room, he crossed his arms over his chest and slowly walked so that he stood towering over her.

      “—- What the hell do you think you were doing out there? You could have gotten yourself killed.” 

Once she had re materialized, Aimee brushed the leftover rubble from her golden dress, still in shock from the scene that had just been laid before her though hiding it well. She needed to go to that outpost. It’s was on a planet right outside a nebula they were having trouble charting. She was sure they would have some leftover information. 

But she had been wrong.

& it almost got her entire away team killed.

“I know, Philani.“
