The "tough room" scene on the aircraft carrier is so funny. Stratt has everyone wrangled so well- they clap on cue, yay accomplishments. The fact that they apparently had to explain the project so many times that they just had a presentation called "What is Project Hail Mary?" ready to go. Her "weep weep" when she mentions the fuel. The practiced "we don't know" by everyone.

They're tired, this isn't their first rodeo, but the camaraderie is there. And then Stratt buys them matching hats. For morale, because she's kidnapped them all.
