More precious 💕

Ever felt the joy of receiving the fruit of your labor? Today I did. It was awesome. But no, Im not talking about a 1 month salary from graveyard shift plus overtime, nor surviving the first 2 years of a newly established business that went to the lowest yet finally got off the ground… It is…something more precious.

For days I’ve been hearing messages about perseverance and God’s promotion, being a follower and a leader in Christ. God surely knew my heart; what is inside, and surprised me with something to boost me up.

While singing the last worship song for our Youth Celebration after our Pastor has delivered the message, 3 young ladies came up on stage..Stood in front of me and saluted with a smile. Another one gave me a big hug and said “ Thank you..” The next words they said, I was not really able to hear (if there was any)aside from “we love you”. All I know is ‘my heart is overwhelmed.’ And I felt tears ran down my cheeks.

I have understand the cost of serving the Lord, the battles I had to face, the struggles I have overcome..And so tasted the sweet prize.

Yet it does not end there. I believe there is more. :3
