It was safe to say that there were some at the academy who barely tolerated the robots presence, and often had hateful comments. Kiibo would proudly show off upgrades or adjustments preformed on him while some who quickly insult these. He has feelings too you know, and when bluntly dismissing his accomplishments, it hurt. Miu was one of the few people who wasnât rude to him due to being a robot, which he had deeply appreciated.
âIruma-san, Iâm sorry to have made you worried.â Her reaction made it apparent that she had noticed his absence - which made him a bit happy that at least someone noticed. âIâve been alright, are you okay? I am functioning fine, but I think we should wait before doing anything else..â He couldnât help but have in the back of his mind everything that had occurred in the academy, to both of them.Â
Miu always held a fascination towards Kiibo. She truly was interested in his mechanics and how he functioned. Furthermore, she was worried about him. She was relieved to hear he was moving properly, but she still wanted to do maintenance on him. If not today, sometime soon. âAlright. We can wait a bit for your nice, thorough examination. Iâm patience as fuck.â Not really, but that was aside the point.
âYou see, this place lacks a nice area for me to work on my inventions. My apartment is too fucking small. Buut, I make do! I mean, you canât stop me from saving the world.â A laugh. âWhat about you? Where are you living?â She hoped they werenât too far apart from each other.
