Jobs I think the Dark Hand members would have after the events of the series finale

Valmont:

Public bus driver (as shown in show)

Janitor (like a actual job, not community service like the Enforcers)

Finn:

Party singer (like his old job before the Dark Hand)

Music shop/store

Clothing store (cashier)

Ratso:

Security guard

Farm hand

Sports store clerk

Chow:

Sunglass shop (job before the Dark Hand)

Clothing store (stocker)

Antique shop

Hak Foo:

Bouncer

self defense instructor

Private security guard (freelance)

Just my ideas based of how they behaved in the show, and I thought it was fun

JCA HC for the later seasons (3-5)

I like to think that the Dark Hand members (minus Hak Foo) gained a little weight

My reasons:

I know there might’ve been an art style change, but when we see Valmont and the Enforcers in later seasons, their line shapes (especially on the face) are softer, more rounded.

Valmont doesn’t have a high end diet anymore, and the Enforcers don’t have great pay anymore, meaning they probably eat normal or cheap foods

They aren’t doing high end crime or travel as much, so they probably don’t get as much exercise outside of their normal jobs

I also just think it would be a little bit, not anything major, but like maybe not as lean/fit as in seasons 1 & 2

Also just bc I can, I like to think Hak Foo MIGHT have gained a little

I also liked this idea because I think it would be a sign that they’re adapting to a normal/average life, one without magic and evil entities and constantly getting their asses kicked

Expanding on the idea because it keeps itching my brain:

I like to think that while yes, the enforcers started being criminals for money that to a certain point they actually liked/respected Valmont.

Like for example: Finn was going to shoot Shendu’s statue, they all complained about taking lip from Shendu is his statue form, still stuck with Valmont and only left by what is considered forceful enslavement at the hands of Daolon Wong and defended Valmont from him even though Daolon Wong would punish them.

I do think they’re still their own people, and that they function relatively fine/the same without him, but I do like the idea that they still considered him a okay boss.

I also like to think, based off what we’ve seen, Valmont liked having them around because through it all they were reliable.

I’ve been trying to find the time to watch the new season of criminal minds evolution 😭 I see all the clips and Voit…my beautiful voit….aughhh

I kinda wonder what happened to Valmont after the events of season 5

We know for a fact by season 3 he was broke, and in season 4 its confirmed he still commits petty crime

However season 5 shows him as a bus driver

So like does he still commit petty theft while taking oddball jobs for cash?

You think he ever runs into the enforcers and they recognize each other?

Even more— maybe he tries to bring back The Dark Hand

I imagine he probably tries to revive the dark hand at some point, probably to little success. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets caught and locked up for some of those petty crimes of his.

I’m glad you said that because I had the idea that:

Idea 1: Valmont gets enough money to get the fish cannery (season 2) back as a temporary hideout, re-hires some of the background lackeys and attempts to convince Finn, Chow, Ratso and Hak Foo to come back

Idea 2: During a crime after a priceless object (think like what happened in the episode ‘Tohru who?’) and actually gets the artifact, and uses that to try to get the others back

Or, its really out there so, Idea 3: Valmont catches wind of a magic object that isn’t like the ones he’s dealt with before and uses that to get the others back (either convinces them it’ll help them commit crimes or use it on them)

Honestly, given how Valmont and the Enforcers talked about each other once separated, I like to think they didn’t dislike working for Valmont himself, they just didn’t like the other aspects

Of course, I still don’t think they’d be perfect criminals back together, but they didn’t seem to be bad off until the magic stuff got more intense

Lowkey imagine getting fucked by the enforcers while they were dark chi warriors 😫 Like you’re the only person NOT freaked out about their appearances, if anything you’re into it and I knoooww they were probably pent up like they literally hand no real freedom 💔 I alway got the vibes that while they worked for Valmont they probably screwed around in their free time

Okay post based off my last one: me (and two kind people who helped) have attempted to find the artist for these three images and come out with nothing so I’m hoping maybe someone might know:

Pretty much stumped now, so I’m gonna post so you (and anyone you might know) maybe can help?

I know for a fact these were posted to Instagram because the pill shaped “1/10” and such in the top right corner: an indicator on the carousel feature on instagram. I could be wrong, but I’m almost positively sure of this.

I also think these might be by the same artist due to such a similar appearance

Once again these were posted to Pinterest; making this even harder

If this stumps anyone else, is there a possibility the Jackie Chan Adventures subreddit might be helpful to ask on?

Okay this is another JCA post but I was curious

for anyone who also uses pinterest and sees the absolute seas of fanart posted without any real credit

How do I find the artists? I’ve had some luck because occasionally the artists watermark was clear and I could find them either on Instagram, Twitter (X) or here on Tumblr. However with some stuff I have no idea what the watermark could mean or it’s a cropped image. Some of the accounts that post these aren’t english speaking and I’m not fluent in any other language so I’m hesitant to comment and ask for the usernames of the artists.

Does anyone know a way to find these artists? I know I can check the tags on these apps, but I don’t know if I can like filter for a specific year to look at on some of these previously mentioned apps

I also understand reverse image searching, but if there’s one that works best for fanart, that helps

I also, also understand some pieces weren’t posted on Instagram, Twitter or Tumblr but sites like Deviantart, but I still want help to find the actual artists themselves.

Has anyone else had this problem or just me?

Finally finished up season 4 of JCA and honestly I kinda wanna write some stuff on here

It would (kinda obviously) be a mix of occasional sfw and nsfw stuff

I’m sorry Chow and Ratso were hot with the Oni masks (well, hotter, because they’re hot in general)

I liked that it didn’t change their voices or personalities/attitudes entirely

I loved the growl in their voices

they also could have had Chow’s “ancestor” be an outlaw like Finn and Ratso’s “ancestors” too. They don’t appreciate Chow enough.
