realizing i havent explaining what icibi is despite it being the main purpose of this blog now. so basically in case i break it is a miraculous ladybug horror au. it starts in 2012 and ends some time in the late 2020s-early 2030s, and one of the main parts of the premise is that after things start getting weird a wall is built around paris + some of the metro area to keep the weirdness in. most of the population evacuates by the time the city is quarantined, and the people who remain are disappearing from the world and everyones memories. the story follows marinette for the first three seasons, and adrien for the second three after mari becomes distant and hostile. it is also very kwami-centric, with almost every plot point revolving around them. i will post more about it over time

CADEVERIS, The Originator of Death

Cadeveris is an oc of mine from my au Nine Lives. Zianna’s ancestor in only name and power, he never had any kids in the time he was alive.

He came to be when the first living creature died, billions of years ago, and was basically the grim reaper. But he stayed silly!! He was whimsical and invented the scythe to help a farmer!! He accidentally invented the wave by stimming, and mortals used that as a ‘Im happy to see you’ and it eventually became the wave!

The sigil is how his name was written back in the day as a caution sign basically meaning ‘Peril ahead. Death is near’ but he saw it and got excited, misinterpreting that as his name, and started using it as a signature. So basically accidentally wrote his name as ‘Demise up ahead’ the entire time

However, due to uh. Doomed yaoi. Tragic plot reasons. He basically had to sacrifice himself to save the world. His powers were passed down to his only friend that didn’t turn evil (1/2) which started the Scythe lineage.

Found some flint fossils yesterday on an short trip. All with the mollusks fossil of the bivalve.

I was fossil hunting and collecting more colored shards of chert, found an handful of cores of pebble sponges and four echinoids.

The funny thing is since the beginning of searching, almost all cucumber shaped flint fossils of the Aulaxinia sponge’s that I find, are around the same area around an field rock deposit.
